Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- petrescuandreiAmsterdam, The Netherlands848 contributionsThe Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum in Hanoi is a great place to dive into Vietnam’s artistic heritage. It features an impressive collection from talented Vietnamese artists like Nguyễn Phan Chánh, Tô Ngọc Vân, and Bùi Xuân Phái, showcasing everything from traditional Buddhist art to modern and contemporary pieces. The art is beautiful and tells a fascinating story of local culture and history. However, one thing that really stood out, and not in a good way, was the number of young people using the museum for photo sessions. It felt like every corner had someone posing, which made it harder to enjoy the space and focus on the art.Written 21 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Teresa H8 contributionsThis was a well curated gallery with an extensive collection of cultural pieces from throughout Vietnam. The proprietors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Roaming the rooms was like visiting a museum. We highly recommend the 54 Traditions Gallery.Written 14 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
