We travelled 17 days from the north to south of vietnam and every step of the way, Anh would check in via phone and text to ensure everything was going smoothly. Our group was very impressed with how organised Anh was and I was so grateful for all of the travel advice he also provided along the way. Out drivers were all so polite and respectful. Excellent communication with bookings, before during and after trips. Sends driver details before trips. We booked many drivers with them and all were fantastic! We then took the Sapaexpress bus from Hanoi to Sapa at 7:00 a.m. and back to Hanoi two days later at 3:00 p.m
We can also highly recommend this. We booked the trip from Hanoi to Cat Ba and the limousine van was incredibly comfortable, lots of leg room and reclining seats. Driver picked us up on time and drove safely. - Wander099770512591 contributionWe booked a 2-way trip from Hanoi to SaPa and back with their VIP Limousine service and would totally recommend this transportation service in Vietnam over anything else.
Lisa was so helpful and answered all my questions on Whatsapp so quickly and effectively - probably one of the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life! We had a minor issue with our booking and Lisa went out of her way to find us a solution in less than a day! We are truly so grateful for this service!
The limousine driver was also punctual and drove us safely. The bus is very clean and good price. Today he took the bus from Hanoi airport to to go Vinhome Ocean Park ( price is only 20,000 VNĐ - under 1 usd), he forgot his luggage on the bus then he was very worried about losing his luggage, he even tried to run after the bus for 2km but couldn't. luckily he found the Vinbus hotline number and asked for their help. Finally my husband contacted the bus management office, the staff in charge brought the luggage to our house without charging any fee. Great bus service that you will hardly find anywhere even in the US. I didn't have time to remember the name of this great staff, I just had time to take a picture of her. What I did not like was the staffs attitude on the bus. Both driver and other attendant were talking very loudly all the time even after asking them repeatedly to please keep quiet as guests were trying to sleep. - Jennifer ITarlac, Philippines72 contributionsThe hotel helped us find this van service. We got the 3 VIP seats from Sapa to Hanoi. This is a good choice for seniors and limited mobility. Specially if you cannot go us in a sleeper or cabin bus. They provided with water. The driver was kind and the ride was smooth. We were lucky to have the van for ourselves. Took 5 hours for us. - Terra B16 contributionsOur travel agent Jessica Nguyen was absolutely amazing! With this being our first trip to Vietnam we were quite clueless as where to go and what to see. No worries, she guided us through our likes and dislikes, category of hotel we wanted to stay in etc.
Every tour day has been a new experience.
One day I needed a doctor and Jessica arranged to have me picked up and taken to hospital where i received the best care ever!
I feel I feel a new friend that I can trust for all my travel needs. I would never go with anyone else, thank you so much Jessica♥️
Every morning she would confirm our activities, pickup and drop off times and what meals were included.
Any questions, I hope I can help.
We have toured Hanoi, Sapa, paradise underground caves, Ba na Hills, banana boats, lantern release on the river. So many wonderful things, too many to mention.
