Tommy was extremely responsive and helped me create a 2 day itinerary that covered all the places we wanted to visit. The pickup at our hotel was seamless and our tour guide, Ms. Thao, was very knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. I requested specific locations for lunch and dinner which they were also able to accommodate. It was our first visiting to Ninh Binh and this was our favorite part of our trip to Vietnam. The customer service was exceptional – they were always available to answer my questions and provide support. The tour was well-organized, and I loved how they introduced us to local culture and hidden gems that I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. The food, the scenery, and the activities were beyond my expectations. This was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely choose IDC Travel again for future trips to Southeast Asia. - BertBrussels, Belgium7 contributionsWe bumped in into this small agency and got the best help from Rosie. She was patient and helped us with all our problems. Thanks to the agency we had a wonderful time without any worries of transport or sleeping.
The activities we booked (Sapa and Ha Giang) with the transport were fantastic! If we had further questions we could always WhatsApp Rosie.

From Sa Pa to Hanoi, Nin Binh, Ha Long and Hoian, and then to Cambodia,everything was great: the guides and drivers were very professional and did everything for us to get the best of the tour, to feel comfortable and happy.

They booked us the Dai Duong 08 junk. The food on board (2x lunch, dinner, breakfast) was just perfect. We spent the night in a quite bay away from the bigger cruise ships. Oriental bridge also booked the transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba, the guide for the 2 days, and the transfer from Cat ba to Ninh Binh.

Highly recommend Kayaking, it's of of the interesting activities included in the package. Experiencing daily life in Hanoi Old Quarter, the beautiful Mai Chau Valley, stunning scenery around Sapa and Ha Giang region in the north. Exploring the historical coastal cities of Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue in the central region. The sandy beaches at Nha Trang, the beautiful flower gardens in Da Lat and the Dynamic city of Saigon.
Vietnam Travel Lotus were fantastic at arranging this personal package tour for us, organising transfers, tours and accomodation to meet our requirements and providing us with advice and information to ensure we had the best possible experience during our tour of Vietnam.
