Evenings at sunset are the best and Sunday evenings is a traditional family time for big groups to gather and share a meal together, while watching the endless stream of all types of boats coming and going.
You will get to see the locals with their families, couples, friends and tourists enjoying the walk along the clean and wide platform along the Mekong river.

It's the most modern mall in cambodia with 2 playgrounds inside and various restaurants that suited the kids.
For a child specific activity there is Kids Park which I think is on the 1st floor which my 3 year old loved playing at.

A beautiful palace.. you must visit whilst in Phnom Peng.. lots of history.. very clean.. makes you realise how rich the royal family are compared to some of the street vendors
Their exceptional knowledge of the history or the royal families will give you the true insight into Cambodian royalty through the ages.

... mix of shopping areas with lucky supermarket dominating the ground floor • The momo play area on the 3rd floor is very space for kids to play (its cheaper on weekdays) - the kids can play here for easily 4-5 hrs.

The top is an easy climb and there are lots of vantage points for taking pics of the lazy afternoon, the food stalls, the other visitors, little kids, and yourself.
There is a green space surrounding the hill that offers relief from the city heat and also a playground for children to enjoy.

It has a nice family atmosphere and everyone is friendly that we met.
Many of them you get massaged by very young kids.
