Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Quite simply the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Every single detail was spot on. They even have a Maserati to take you to and from the hotel. From the bath salts to the slippers, it was just pure luxury. I was particularly impressed with the complimentary cocktail I was giving while waiting for my friend. The manner of the staff was impeccable, and Tony Sun did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and welcome. The decor was classy and the beds were pure bliss! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Certainly my first choice of hotel in Beijing.

I am studying at Tsinghua University this term and have been looking for a professional Chinese massage clinic near the university for some time. Thanks to Ysolde-voyages's review below, I have finally found what I've been looking for. Professional and skillful massage in a clean (no frills) environment, reasonably priced and close to Tsinghua University in the Wudaokou area of Beijing. This clinic, in the TUS (Tsinghua Science Park office complexes), is a mere 5 minute stroll from the South East Gate of Tsinghua. The technician whom I will call Mr. Zhou is excellent.( He told me his full Chinese name but I couldn't quite pick it up). I only have very basic Chinese speaking skills and was able to communicate with him. He was very patient in trying to understand what I needed and proceeded to give me one of the best massages I have ever had. Although no English is spoken at the clinic, the menu of services is in English and Chinese. I don't think it would be a problem if you were unable to speak Chinese as it's not too difficult to gesture or point out what it is you need in a massage to the technician. They offer a full range of Chinese massage services including body and foot massage. The treatment room is clean and airy. The prices are reasonable. Mr. Zhou was very generous with his time. He even went over the time I paid for just to make sure I had a really good massage. Note that the Building D of TUS is very accessible by bicycle as there are bike lanes throughout this very low traffic area. I highly recommend this clinic and will continue going there until I leave Beijing. It's a real find!

I got a food massage for 1,5 hours and was very happy about the quality and ok with the price. Congen is definitely one of the better places for massages in Beijing. As hotel guest from a neighboring facility I even got a 10% discount. When asked at the beginning if I wanted tea I'm relatively sure the lady said 6 RMB, however on check out they charged 60 RMB which is outrageous for what was offered. However, I came for the massage and was not disappointed.

This is the only gym in Beijing that has a fully flexible membership for people traveling in and out of Beijing. Its affordable, cleaned and maintained to western standards unlike most others around.

A newly renovated golf course and by Tiger Woods if I am not mistaken (at least that was announced lika that in 2015). The course is resort style in good condition. The club house is a bit worn down and the food in the restaurant is Chinese. Located just 20 min form the airport this is a good for a morning round before you depart

Golfed there twice, once with a power cart and then walking. The courses for the power cart are not available to walk and vice versa. Nice layout, very good caddies. It is about 1 1/4 hr drive to get there from downtown.
