The room we used had minor defects but was in good condition. The negative is that they literally give you the solution to how to solve a particular task when you ask for 'clues'. we tried several games as it was not expensive at all compared to Europe.
Their puzzle were very various type and immersion was really satisfying. 45min though we felt was too short to finish it properly.
We recommend Poséidon, Ninja, Abandonned Hospital we loves it very much.
