We are a family of 4, including 2 teens, and Mislav was not only on time but had upgraded our vehicle to a people carrier. He proved to be a great host, easy company and terrific driver. I had accidentally booked children's menu and tried to upgrade to adults before embarkation.bWe managed on children's menu. I was told it's possible but would cost 400 euros. A joke! The cabin was acceptable and clean, but again very old. There was no safety announcement before sailing. He quickly got us to our vehicle and gave us some quick history of Croatia. The drive was pleasant and he supplied us with very useful information for our trip. We even went to several restaurants he suggested and they were all fantastic! - Andreia M8 contributionsI would highly suggest checking out if the bus is right because I bought a bus ticket for a bus at a time that didn't exist because buses do not run at that time on those specific days of the week. Luckily I got a refund and an answer pretty quickly about what happened but it was not a good experience to check out at 6am of our accommodation to find out our 7am bus did not exist. - Martin Davies22 contributionsExcellent service, waitied 10 mins at berlin airport for driver but kept updated with his expected time od arrival until actually collected.
Return was an issue on my part as I booked the wrong day, after contacting customer service they worked to resolve the issue and called back within 15 mins to confirm that we would be picked up at the original time requestedd but on the correct day.
All tihis with 75 mins of talking to the helpdesk.

This is their second crash in two days. Not to mention that they are late again with departures from Split. - Dragana m1 contributionWe travelled on a business trip from Split to Ohrid (Northern Macedonia) and back (approximately 1400 km with Alen taxi (driver Enis). Even though this was a very long drive, I have to say that the taxi car was very comfortable and it was an enjoyable ride. In the taxi the we always had bottles of water, chewing gums and some snacks provided by the taxi driver and he was even so gallant to buy us coffee several times. He always stopped when requested, and drove safely through Hercegovina, Montenegro, Albania even though there were some reckless drivers, this the taxi driver was very careful and professional and succeeded to get us safely to the destination. Moreover, he was silent when we were resting, while he was very funny in conversations which shortened our long business trip. Early this year, I began coordinating with our tour operator, Hrvoje, and was impressed by how responsive he was—quickly replying over email and WhatsApp and even offering to clarify my questions through a call.
Once we paid the deposit online, we received a detailed itinerary, perfectly tailored to our interests. We chose to make the final payment in cash upon arrival and took care of our own hotel bookings.
Our driver, Pave, was an absolute gem. Always punctual, he went out of his way to ensure our comfort throughout the trip. He recommended fantastic local restaurants and even accompanied us on a truffle-hunting adventure through rugged terrain, making it accessible and fun for everyone. The itinerary was exceptionally well-planned—Pave made sure we had ample time at each attraction and often managed to get us there ahead of the crowds.
Each city guide we met added a unique touch to our experience, bringing their own engaging style and insight. A few highlights included Goran in Rovinj, Tina in Split, Nicola in Lake Plitvice, and Pavo in Dubrovnik—they all made the history and culture come alive.
Traveling in October was a perfect choice: fewer tourists and still stunning weather. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - KBelEssex, UK3 contributionsCan’t thank Croatia transfers enough, sons flight to Pula got cancelled last minute and was transferred to a flight later in the evening but this meant he missed his pre booked transfer (which couldn’t be changed). He needed to get to Novalja which is 4/5 hrs away from Pula, after thinking he would need to cancel their trip altogether we contacted Croatia transfers who were able to help last minute. They were picked up in a luxury minibus and were able to enjoy their holiday! Thank you! - LlamaphileEdinburgh, UK1,331 contributionsFirstly, I don't want to have to install an app and fign up for an account just to buy bus tickets for one day. Still, it gives you a big discount, so hey ho. We each installed the app and bought three bus tickets for our trip. So far so good, except that the route planner didn't work at all for us, we had to use Google.
First trip, used the QR codes on the bus but scanning them is really tricky. Luckily the driver helped.
Second trip we messed up and missed the bus, had to get a taxi instead. Our fault entirely.
Third trip my app refused to move past the home page and just froze. I restarted a couple of times but no joy, so my paid for ticket was completely wasted. My husband tried to pay for another ticket on his app and it just kept loading and not completing, so I had to pay 4euros in cash instead of the 1.50 it would be in the app.
