Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My 8 years old daughter was asking for a special place where she can unleash herself during our recent family tour. Our local friend suggested this place and drove us to the place. You won't believe how exciting this place could be for the whole family. While my daughter was flowing around like butterfly in a sunny flower garden I was holding my sweet wife and recalling our lovely memories from our twenties. After a long while this place helped us to take similar romantic feeling, which are invaluable for a healthy family life! Don't miss it if you want to rediscover your love.

I visited Giant Wheel Park of Suzhou with some friends in Summer 2017. I was a little bit underwhelming. The 'giant wheel' is quite impressive (it is the 7th tallest in the world), and offers great views over Suzhou and its construction sites. The unique coaster, Stingray, is rough but good fun, you have to ride it as it is the only one of its type in the world.

My biggest problem with this park is the operating schedule though. The park essentially has two opening times, a day time and an evening, half the main attractions aren't open in the day, it doesn't seem to make sense...as the evening entry is cheaper, I'm sure this is highlighted in Chinese, so just be aware of this when planning your day, we delayed by walking around the old town of Suzhou which was stunning.
