Lovely water park with great variety of slides to suit all and a lovely relaxing lazy river and swim up bars. Food options were great too!

We make it a point to visit Ground Zero Monument and pay our respects to all those who lost their lives and to those who had their lives changed for ever each time we visit Bali.
The Monument is a permanent reminder of the tragedies past and offers a symbol of hope and respect for future generations.
Like all buildings and structures on going maintenance is required, this is no different to the Ground Zero Monument
There is work required to repair some of the Stainless Steel fittings.
There are paving stones and paving tiles that require replacing.
The Memorial water feature along with the entire paving requires cleaning.
The Monument is a sacred site, one where visitors from all over the world come to pay their respects.
I hope those who are charged with the care and maintenance of this Monument see this post and act accordingly
Those who lost their lives along with their families and friends deserve this.

The way to beach is good, seems new development, entering the gate and side by side, its pitty there is bad environment un finished building construction. The beach is quite good, huge parking lot, musholla available eventhough need touch up seriously (cleanliness), it is recommended as one of good destination in Bali. We have to tightening schedule since we have to catch up to KECAK DANCE. Thank you

The Discovery Mall was very nice, with a variety of places to shop and eat. The bakery Bread Shop was excellent. And buy a few Emina Magic Potion lip tints in the colors you like at the Walgreens-like store in the mall. I fell in love with the ONE I bought, for around $3. Yeah, Amazon sells them, for about $12 and $10 in shipping. This shows a lack of prep on my part, but the beach outside the mall was disappointing. Do your research to find a nice beach, especially if your time is limited.

This beach is very close to the international airport. Nice in the evening to watch sunset.
There are cafes and bar along the beach where you can enjoy resort feeling.
When it comes to swimming, I do not think this is the best. It is not that clean there.

Our favourite beach in south Bali. You can swim and surf here. 100K for an hour of surfing (great deal). Lots of local restaurants beach front. Soft white sandy beach. There are rocks at low tide. Not crowded at all. Short walk down stairs from our resort, Lajoya. This was our favourite beach we came across on our time in south Bali.

Lovely white sand surf beach…very popular …lots of learner surfers, waves aren’t too big but good for learning and up to intermediate (while we were there anyway)…there are flags to swim between but I didn’t notice any sort of life guard duty going on…..walk down a path from the road, parking for motorbikes, there is a small charge to park bike…we stayed at klapa resort which is above the beach and walk down stairs to beach.some small shops along path to beach, selling usual touristy stuff.beach chair and umbrella are 100,000idr pp….free shade by the cliff…beach club above is 100,000 idr pp which is a credit towards food or drink and you can go down to beach and come back up to swim in infinity pool and lie on comfy lounger, and spectacular view.beach is lovely but nothing you wouldnt get anywhere in nz or Aussie

A well sculptured statue with all the Balinese exceptional craftsmanship on display. Quick stop to admire it and spend a short visit understanding the meanings behind it and the importance.

A relatively old 'open-air' mall with plenty of shop brands you see in a Bali shopping center. Due to the open-air concept, it gets uncomfortably hot during the afternoon. The traffic in the car park is atrocious and it seems like taxis/ubers need to go into the car park to get to the mall.
