Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

That place is unique. We reached the rim of the caldera just before sunrise, just on time to enjoy the show. Magic!

The team was reliable, friendly, efficient and responsive. From the airport to the top of the volcano and back, we were fed and taken care of in the nicest way possible. Thanks to Rick and his team for these great memories.

Snorkeling with whale sharks was an awe-inspiring experience in Sumbawa. The graceful giants, with their majestic presence, created an unforgettable underwater spectacle. The crystal-clear waters provided a perfect backdrop to witness these gentle creatures, making it a must-do activity for nature enthusiasts. The knowledgeable guide ensured a safe and informative excursion, adding to the overall enjoyment of this extraordinary adventure.
