Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a very lovely day in Chiang Rai. The guide showed all the famous temples which we were impressed with. They provided us with an amazing local lunch and cold water for the whole trip(it was a crazy hot day). The guide was very informative and friendly.

It was a full day, we had time to explore and take photos in every temple.
Sarah was great explaining us about their culture and temples. We had a great buffet food ! The van was super comfortable.

I enjoyed the tour a lot. The driver and our guide, Odette, were both fantastic. The modern temples were beautiful, the lunch was good, and the vehicle was comfortable.

Great guide and good selection of attractions, however it is not 6-8 hour trip, actually 14 hours from pick up to drop off!

A value packaged tour that takes you to a number of the more popular destinations/tourist attractions

Getting ample time on your own at each spot to explore..
Given a basic explanation of each attraction.

Lunch was ample and was a buffet style meal with approx 6/7 dishes one meat dish and the rest vegetarian.

Great experience.. Everything was as per schedule. But there are little scope of improvement
    1. Journey start at 7am. So it will be better if breakfast served while travelling
    2. Lunch was not good at all.
    3. Seat should interchange between traveller while travelling.

Our guide Minty was extremely professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She picked us up from the airport and dropped us off after the tour, as we were only in Chiang Mai for the tour. She came prepared with snacks and provided us great information on the locals, history, and customs. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend this tour to others.

We really enjoyed the trip where we got to see everything we wanted. The trip was 14 hours but didn’t felt that long since there was always something new to look forward to. We hade a really lovely guide, Sarah, who had a really good sense of humour.
    Thank you!

The 7 hour trip from Chiang Mai to Thai border was crowded, but doable.10 people and their luggage packed into a mini van. Tour did a good job getting us through customs. Hotel in Huay Xai was the worst hotel I’ve been in ever! Slept on box springs, no mattress, no toilet paper in room, bugs all over…gross! The worst part was the cruise…I’d envisioned a quiet cruise down the Mekong…as it turned out we were on a boat with about 200 people, mostly backpackers and it was like a college frat party. Sitting down you couldn’t see over the sides of the boat and you had to stand to see the scenery. The boat was nothing like the one pictured in the ad…either hard wood benches or repurposed car bench seats that were not permanently affixed and moved around. There are better boats out there…find one!

My wife and I did the half day white temple bike tour with Amon. It was a great way to see the local sites in Chang Rai. Our tour guide went above and beyond taking photos of us, providing detailed information about the area and the white temple. He also made it easy by providing hotel pick up and drop off. We recommend this tour for anyone looking to see the beauty of the Chang Rai countryside and the white temple.

White Temple, Black House and Blue Temple is definitely worth to see. I love the Blue Temple the best. But the tour can be organized better.
I was picked up doubt 1 hour late. Then we stopped by hot spring, then the van had issue with the brake and drove to repair store about 1.5 hours. We started White Temple after 12:30pm, which was really hot.

An amazing tour that takes you along the edges and into the Thai Jungle in Chiang Rai. Our route was steep, narrow and at times seemed some of the less travelled paths in the jungle areas.
Walking through a number of villages and stopping for a bamboo cooked lunch was delightful.
The waterfall was a refreshing break from the walking.
Pack mosquito repellent and a change of clothes after the waterfall..
