Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Such an incredible trip! Our tour guide and driver were so friendly. She provided an excellent time. She arrived promptly at 06:30 in the lobby of our hotel. The van was clean and all to ourselves. The guide and driver were so kind and accommodating! Our favorite part of the trip was visiting the waterfall and seeing the elephants. Visiting with the elephants was relatively quick. I would recommend you pack and extra set of clothes because the elephants will you get wet (despite not planning to get in the river). We were dropped off at a very clean restaurant for lunch. Cannot emphasis cleanliness enough.
The ride back was supposed to be 3.5 hours, but due to the rain/flash flooding, ended up taking 5 hours. Be prepared and pack a book or entertainment for these unexpected delays. Traffic in Bangkok was an absolute nightmare.
Good tour, just have entertainment for the long ride!

A very nice trip overall! We're so glad we got to see Erawan especially since we were staying in Bangkok. We would have liked more time at the National Park, rather than at the Museum/railway, the museum was very, very dated and small, quite run down, but important to see. Lunch was expensive and not that tasty, we would have preferred to browse the various lunch options at Erawan.
The national park itself was stunning, gorgeous waterfalls and we loved swimming at different levels. You need to pay 20baht to rent a lifejacket if you want to swim. I'd recommend hiking the waterfall first to see where you want to swim, rather than carrying the lifejacket, then hire one and go straight to the level you want to swim at.
We wished our guide gave us more information about the trip and was more engaging with the group, it was more of a charter bus than a tour. But great experience and thank you for a wonderful time! 🥰

The driver Frank and the guide Na were both great. Appreciate that so much! I liked the option of moving from the museum to the railways by boat to have the view from the river. Erawan falls are very nice! It’s a good day trip to get out of the city.

A memorable day trip. Erawan National Park and waterfalls were especially beautiful. Our guide, Daranee, went above and beyond to accommodate our interests. She even arranged a gluten free lunch at a restaurant near the waterfalls and our bus driver had an ice bin full of water bottles, welcome after walks to the waterfalls and Hellfire Pass. A lovely end to our holiday in Thailand.

I was guided by Nina and driven by Mr O, the car was excellent and the tour was well paced, it is well worth going to the top level of the falls, the view there is awesome. Nina was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The bridge and cemetery was eye opening, I highly recommend it.

A journey that my mother and I will never forget, was just wonderful. Exactly what we had hoped it would be filled with remarkable people and places definitely going back.

I give this a 4 out of 5 because we had a fun day, enjoyed the rail, lunch was wonderful (it wasn't a picnic, it was a restaurant and it was really good food), swimming in the waterfalls was refreshing and they were beautiful. Having said that it was a very long day. Long ride up and back. There's 7 levels to the falls and we only had time to get to level 4 (we were given 2 1/2 hrs to explore the falls). If the image in the ad is a true depiction, it must be higher up then level 4 because we didn't see anything that spectacular. I would have preferred more time at the falls even if we missed the rail. After the heat of Bangkok, jumping in the falls and going behind the falls was so much fun.

We had an amazing 2 days trip with our guide and driver from Quality Thai Guide. I booked this private tour directly with this company, river Kwai, Erawan waterfall and Ayuthaya. They were very welcoming and helful, they booked us a fantastic hotel in the middle of the jungle with a hot Spring. The restaurants they recommanded were delicious . We also learnt a lot while visiting many temples. Will probably book another tour with them later. Thank you so much!!

Our tour guide Rach did an excellent job. He took care of all details. My wife found that she lost her sunglasses case after the tour. Rach responded promptly and sent it back in an hour. Thanks to Rach and Team.

We loved it! On arrival there an elephant freely walked past us alone! They are a rescue park and do a great job! You can feed the elephants, prepare a food for them, bathe them. The best thing is after departure of daily visitors - you can go alone to the elephants, also during the night. Next morning we walked one of them to the river and bathe her. We also went floating on the river Kwai - it is amazing! With all the jungle around!
The place where we spent a night was one of the nicest on our trip, with the view on the river and jungle, big terrase and nice shower. The food was delicious!
Elephants World was a highlight of our trip! I would recommend to stay overnight, because you need some time to adapt to this big animals.
