Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a chance to visit the Red Brick Warehouse during our recent trip to Yokohama. This is a very pleasant area near the waterfront. There were many small shops and restaurants both in the warehouse and in the surrounding area. We visited on a weekend and the area was full of positive energy - happy folks, families, and people walking their pets.

There were also many, many food trucks offering lots of wonderful food. We weren't sure if this was a special occasion or if they are present every weekend.

A nice place to visit if you are in the Yokohama area.

The boardwalk link red brick house to Yamashita park. Very nice scenery but a bit windy and cold. You can also visit the other attraction along the boardwalk too.

The lift from the boardwalk to Yamashita Park not working while we visited.

Good place to learn Japanese traditional event such
as Doll's festival and Children's day. It is 15 minute
walk from Kibougaoka or Mitsukyo station.

In summer, you might able to eat sherbert.

A nice elevated walkway over the busy ground level sidewalks. Only limited handicapped elevators. So plan accordingly.

There are lots of steps in several flights leading up to this very small open area from Daikanzaka – these steps have replaced the 100 steps that used to lead straight up this hill before being destroyed in the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. There is a photo plaque at the entry to the park which commemorates them. I am not sure of the significance of the semi-circle of columns in the park but the views were good.
