Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I don't know where to start! It was one of the most exhilarating and adventurous tours that I have ever been on. Matter of fact I'm coming back because there's so much to discover! From the time that we met our tour guide" Sanosy".. I never laughed and smiled so hard. I felt like I was spending time with my brother across the world and we were having the best times of our lives, because we had to make up for years apart. Sanosy is a warm spirit and very knowledgeable of all of the hidden jewels in Siwa. He's very passionate about what he does and you can tell by the experience that he gives you! I loved the entire tour from' The Beautiful Salt Lakes" When not being able to swim is not a problem at all... I'm talking about myself and afterwards I felt like I could swim anywhere after that experience. because my confidence was high.. Only because you naturally float Lol..! The Great Escape Land Cruise Sand Dunes ride which was laughs and screams the whole attire time.. Be Prepared to be blown away at the beauty of the desert. Then at the top of all of Nature's Beauty to be able to look over everything while the sun is setting was the most magical moment ! There's more but I would rather Sanosy show you, because it's worth keeping the rest to myself just so you can walk away feeling like I felt! Just know that your in for great hands and expect nothing short of amazing!

Shali Fortress in Siwa (Old Town) is a wonderful example of ancient mud brick architecture. The modern Siwa has kept the traditions alive with Adobe Style design. Siwa is a must.

Siwa itself is a must visit. The Mountain of the Dead is a place of cultural significance, unlike anything I have seen.

It's a different temple from any other around Egypt, It has very few Hieroglyphics left on one wall but it has a good view of the City.

El Dakrour Mountain is one of the unique places to release your negative energy and get a great positive energy.
He is the positive side of Siwa.

Really fun place to while away some hours. Sure the water isn’t swimming pool standard but getting in out of the heat was great. There’s some ‘greenery’ floating in the water and if you prefer an up market experience then this probably isn’t for you. If however you do t mind using a rustic shower on one of the cafes around the pool and are happy to drink a great juice and be with friends having a laugh and not agonising over your Insta image then you’ll love it here. Food is not the best quality at the cafes but the juices are excellent

This is 1 of the attractions in this small oasis. The ruins are quite intact except for some wear and tear but i would suggest to come hee with a guide. if not, you will not be able to appreciate the place without some history on it.

From the aerial view there is now a building....probably a cafe, but back in 1987 and even in subsequent years it was a great place for a swim for a few hours. the water is somewhat salty but it matches the salinity of your eyes so you could open them fine underwater. less than 100 meters away they drilled for water and they get fresh but very hot water! Try to visit the bedouin on the outskirts. Very friendly with little contact with the outside world, try to visit when they are shearing the sheep!

This place was cool in that you could go in an out of the tombs at will, they were all open and there are hundreds of them. The four tombs that were locked up had the color in them, they were so-so compared to the Valley of the Kings or Nobles in Luxor. But a fun place to be. Don't miss it

A very Small Museum with few of how Siwa evolved and how it used to be. So if your hotel is in the Center, you can easily walk to the Museum.
