Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint showcases the island's stunning beauty from a bird's-eye perspective. The hike is challenging, but the payoff is the stunning vista of the sparkling sea and lush landscapes. It's a must-see attraction for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike!

Soft powdery sand, clear waters but very crowded beach. It is one of the biggest islands in Phuket/Krabi. One can also stay at the hotels on the beach to enjoy the night life on the island.

I’m here for the quiet and the remoteness of the beach. The water is blue the sand white and it’s off peak season and so very quiet. Feeling like it was too quiet ( I don’t do relaxing very well!) I found out how to get to the next beach down (Loh Ba Kao Bay) without the 40 min walk; take a little motorbike with sidecar from a tiny hut right at the south end of Laem Tong beach; to find it walk on the beach right to the end of the Phi Phi Holiday Resort there’s a rocky/sandy small walkway/ road that goes to the right on a 45deg angle. Walk the path another 30 seconds and you should see some Thai men in old wooden stand waiting with their motorbike with side car. I suggested 100ThaiBaht which was a yes, so I imagine you could bargain to 50TB if you want to bargain.
It was a fun ride along a well made and cleared concrete track, views of sea and mangroves and over a lovely locals bridge. I asked to be taken to supermarket. There were a couple of other such vehicles there, waiting.
I arranged for the man to come get me in 1.5 hrs to take me back to Laem Tong.
The village behind the SAiii Phi Phi Village Resort looks like they do it tough in low season - the entire beach is used by the Resort and is private so no other reason for tourists to come to this beach - the villagers are at the mercy perhaps then of the guests of this resort to venture out … I bet they’d get the food and massages at half the price though … that’s what I like to.
Stock up on your water, snacks, creams at the mini supermarkets!

Back at Laem Tong, enjoy a beach almost to yourself!
Eat at the place right next to Erawan Resort, packed at night, right on beach, cheap and sooo good any time of day- kitchen right there in the hut.

Barely any boats - quiet and a real paradise is this Laem Tong Beach. I hope I can handle the quiet!

If you wish to relax and enjoy crystal clear water with powder white sand, this is the place!!! Far away from the crowds! In my opinion the best beach in phi phi. Staying at Paradise Pearl resort located there, the absolute bliss!!! The only thing you cannot avoid is the noice from the long tail boats that are coming and go!!!

We loved the water. The beach is thin, sand fine, the water is very transparent and turquoise. Saw lots of colourful fish. The monkeys are viscous. Tried to attack us as soon as we arrived and I had to hit one on the head to get it away. You can’t leave stuff on the beach or they’ll steal it. The monkeys attacked another tourist whilst we were there and left a huge scratch on her leg that pierced the skin. I’ve never been a fan of monkeys and this just reinforced that opinion. They look cute but they’re a bunch of little sh*ts.

A beautiful, secluded beach surrounded by limestone cliffs. We got here by speed boat. A good beach for swimming, sun bathing or snorkeling. There is a surprisingly large number of different fish to see as well as other marine life. Well worth a visit.

The island is beautiful and be watched from the boat. Tourists are not allowed to get down at the island. We visited the place on our four island visit to phi phi. Beautiful and scenic place.

It took us maybe two hours hike from phi phi pier to get to this beach but it was worth it. It is further so not many tourists go there. It is possible to reach it by boat as well. If you will hike prepare for about an hour walk. The beach itself is beautiful, when we got there there was no people. Water is so clear that a bit further in the sea you can see corals and littles fishes. Beautiful place. Would recommend to hike there from the morning and leave before it gets dark.

It's a nice beach, very crowded, however, a little less than other parts of the island). Because of this, the sand is not as clean as it should be... but if you are on Ko Phi Phi Don, still a place I would propose to stop at.

First day of diving with profun divers was here at bida nok, then mushroom rock.
this was nice, had alot of coral, and saw some reef sharks zipping by right at the end of the dive of course. The second day was much better at garan hen. go to that reef if you can. that one was some of the best diving i have ever seen.

Whilst koh Phi Phi has not been hit significantly by covid cases to my knowledge (in fact, then islanders report the. Population is 100% vaccinated), the impact on tourism has been stark.

In 2017 I visited Phi Phi. The change in 2021 is stark. Whilst the pier seafront bears the infrastructure of mass tourism (burger King and McDonald's prominent) visitors are lacking. Promenades that would once have been crammed are now empty.

Which makes visiting the tonsai seafront a very different experience.

On part of our tour we were able to get close to caves, tour by fur photos..

It’s a neat looking place, some good photos, nice waters here. But sadly, without being to go in, it’s not really a destination of value..

Snorkelling nearby however is very good!
