Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is undeniably one of the most charming spots to visit in Shanghai. While it may not boast the title of the tallest building in the city, it certainly holds its own appeal. The architecture is stunning, and the panoramic views are truly breathtaking. The highlight for many visitors is the glass-bottom viewing point, offering a unique perspective of the cityscape below. Like many other attractions, Wi-Fi is available here, although we encountered difficulty with the OTP due to the language barrier.

I stayed in the Hyatt so was able to enjoy both the inside and outer view. The architecture is what sets the building apart, combining oriental details with art deco touches. For me it is the most impressive of the 3 adjacent towers. Inside it is a sea of marble and gilt. The. Jew from the hotel reception on 54 is possibly best as there are large picture windows. If you go to the bar on 89 it’s less clear and some of the views are obstructed.
I’m or sure the skywalk is currently available as it was never mentioned, not that I would contemplate it for 1 second!

it was cool to see some of the ancient architecture like this still standing and being preserved. This was one of the reasons we came to china was to see structures like this. The tower was cool, wish we could have went up inside it.

The monument provides a marvelous view of the river and the New Town. It’s located at the end of the Bund river walk. The carvings below trace local history and extoll the struggles and rise of the Communist Party.

Located on the Bund, its history dates back 1865. It was reconstructed many times and last one was in 1999. Currently, houses a museum of history of the Bund and a restaurant. Looks amazing in evening.

Nicely restored towers in the centre of Nanxiang Old Town. They give the area an authentic atmosphere and a centre to the town.

Another place to visit when visiting the water town. I would suggest visiting if you live in Shanghai not really for tourists on a time limit. One of the quieter water towns
