Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Juan was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Hit all the highlights. He helped us a lot with other info regarding food and shopping. Watch out there are too many mosquitoes. Juan bought mosquito spray for us which helped.

Veronica and her driver came to Alvear Icon Hotel. She gave us history lessons as well as amazing sites covering the historical Plaza De Mayo, San Telmo,La Boca where she introduced us to typical sandwich. We saw Ceminito street, port with puente de la Mujer.

She did her best to give us an opportunity to see el barrio de Recoleta, Palermo, Retiro. Her driver found parking and skillfully drove through crowded streets. She watched over us to make sure we were safe getting in and out of the car as well as negotiating crowded streets. All this in 3 hours! She is very experienced.

Ana was a fantastic guide. We signed up for the all-day city tour with the Tiger Delta boat ride. Ana was very knowledgable about Argentinian history and culture, and we feel like we learned a lot in a single day tour. Her English was perfect, and she answered all of our questions. Highly recommended!

Our day began with our driver being right on time if not a couple minutes early. The drive from Palermo Soho to the ferry line was less than 30 minutes, giving us ample time to use the restroom, and get a coffee and relax. The check-in process was simple, and the ferry ride was very comfortable and took about 90 minutes. The process for finding the tour company was very easy as they had a kiosk in the waiting hall. The tour itself is only about an hour, but it acquaints you with the history of Colonia and, more importantly, gives you a sense of the area to explore. The tour ends on what appears to be the main street with tourist shops and obnoxiously loud hamburger joints. My wife and I retraced our steps back to the central church on the tour which has 2 or 3 nearby cafes for a much more relaxing lunch atmosphere. We then walked along the river for some stunning views before returning back to the ferry and the one hour trip home with a very polite driver waiting for us. Then we hit gridlock traffic, ugh! This day was one of our loveliest days ever and being Valentines Day made it even more special. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Buenos Aires.

The boat ride out was nice and interesting. Tigre is a nice city and we enjoyed the market. And our tour guide Gerard was excellent, we really enjoyed spending the day with him.

We took the hop on, hop off bus tour so that my friends could get an overall appreciation of the city. Overall, it did not meet our expectations. Buses are generally of higher quality and the drivers, more helpful.

Had an amazing 4 hour tour with Matias. Beyond providing great background on all the locations (most tours hit same ones) he was extremely insightful on hitorical matters. In addition, proivded great perspective to any of our questions on issues, cultural, political or otherwise, often weaving in his family's experience.

    Well worth the money.

We were picked up promptly at our hotel. Mariano had messaged me from the time of our booking and told me to the minute when to expect him.
He was courteous and very knowledgeable. Great driver and took us to a fantastic restaurant. Great Argentne food and very reasonable.

For the price, this was a very good tour. We only scratched the surface of Buenos Aires, but we knew that going into it. Most of the narrative was in Spanish, and it felt like the English translation was consistently abridged. But we did get to see the major highlights and get oriented to the city. This allowed us to go on a more comprehensive tour the next day.

One bit of feedback--it would be great to include Palermo hotels as pick-up locations, as we had to start this tour 30 minutes earlier in order to get to the hotel in Recoleta that was listed as a pick-up point. Also, I would drop the soccer stadium from the itinerary since we could only stand out front. And perhaps add a walk on the Calatrava bridge instead.

Tracy is a very knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of Buenos Aires. She is native English speaker, a great storyteller, and a devoted tango dancer which make her tours especially interesting. We thoroughly enjoyed the day on the city with Tracy and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to discover wonderful city of Buenos Aires

Great Experience with an overview of the city, our guide Jael was a strong English speaking guide. She along with the driver Fito offered a fun and educational afternoon around Buenos Aires, This tour is worth the time and a must do.

Amazing way to see the city! Our guide Patricio was so fun and it really felt more like hanging out with a friend exploring the city rather than a guided group tour! You can cover so much more ground by bike and in the summer heat why walk when you can bike!
