Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great trip to the Iguazu falls. They will come pickup and drop you back to the hotel. Make sure to bring a change of cloths as you will get soaking wet if you do the boat trip as well. The boat trip is a must as it will allow you to see the falls just from few metres away.

Superb day. Well organised, friendly, and absolutely stunning scenery. Roberto, our guide, was fantastic, approachable and made the experience 10/10.

We did the Argentinian the day before so looking forward to seeing the Brazilian side. You really appreciate the views of the falls having been up close in Argentina and the view of the devils throat is amazing.
The queues at the various vantage points can be slow and a little pushy.
The big issue which is not the tours fault is getting across the border. It took 2 hours from pick up to reach the park. What was advertised as a 4 hour tour took 6.

The Iguazú waterfalls are simply amazing and totally worth for a visit! Manu, our guide, was the best! She was funny, very precise and in love with her job and the nature. She and her colleague came to pick us up at the hotel and bring us back on time. I absolutely advise to book a tour with her and her agency

To us, Iguazu Falls was the edge of the world and we knew NOTHING about how to get there, where to stay, where to eat. Nothing. I searched and found Say Huegue, with recommendations from National Geographic among others for ecological awareness. The prices were beyond our means, and at that point, the Expert Mery went to work. I told her our budget, time frame, etc. and within 24 hours she gave me the package that gave us the Experience of a Lifetime that we could afford. For example, Mery took out the Brazilian side, a fancy steak dinner and eliminated a luxury hotel. dropping the trip from 3 nights to 2.
After that, advisor Andrea took over, and answered my many questions, including during Whatsapp message and actual phone calls. From the lodging, food, transportation and the guide, it could not have been better. I know many people can afford expensive international travel, and for you there are options to match your hopes.
But for those of you who want to see one of the Natural Wonders of the World, but can't afford the prices you see, I just say: Don't be afraid to ask. We spent the last day of 2023 at Iguazu Falls then dined on local river fish for New Years Eve at a restaurant in Puerto Iguazu recommended by Andrea. We are so happy.

The boat tour includes a truck ride through the "jungle" but quite honestly, it is a non-event and you are unlikely to see anything other than trees! That said, it's a pleasant ride and a nice way to get to the boats. At the end you are going to have to walk quite a way downhill to the river, the end of which could prove difficult for some, so I must warn the walking impaired. The return climb will be taxing! It may exist but I saw no disabled provision.

Once there the boat ride is an absolute thrill and you will go right up the river to, and in, the falls. You are going to get very, very wet. I am fairly old but you could not wipe the smile off my face and as we entered the full thrust of the deluge I was laughing my head off with joy. I would not have missed this trip for the world.

The pick up was on time. The bus was comfortable. The guide was able, kept everything under control, trying to please everyone; pleasant demanour. Most of the day went by waiting at the border and queing up for almost anything else. Horribly crowded. It was even hard to get a good glimpse of the beautiful waterfalls. Drop off at the hotel.

Even though I swore off water falls long ago, this one is amazing. Over two days we walked both the Argentina and Brazilian sides for a total of more than 8 miles. The experience is both awe-inspiring and exhausting. Both sides provided different experiences -- Argentina views from afar; while in Brazil, one walks over, under and around the falls for hours. This is a great tour if it's not too hot, but I wouldn't do it in January or February.

Milvia Crosta who was our tour guide she meet us at the Iguazu airport with the driver. One of the most important things Milvia explained to us was Iguazu Falls straddles the border between Argentina and Brazil. The first part of our tour we started on the Argentina side where we walked around one mile and got a close-up of the falls. Each side of the falls has its own benefits. If you have time, we strongly suggest doing part of the Argentina side then go to Brazil side. This is exactly what we did. You’ll need to bring your passport and Milvia was wonderful navigating us thru the lines and she knew the checkout points and best spots to take pictures of the falls. She had a private vehicle drive us from both sides and to the airport. She is very organized and knows how to cross into the borders for a smooth and quick transition. There is no we could have done both sides without her aid. Kudos, Milvia.

From pick up to drop off Marcos was a truely remarkable guide. His communication and knowledge on the landmark were excellent. He was always smiling and did everything he could to ensure we had one of the best days on our trip! Thank you Marcos from your Australian friends.

Front middle or back of boat, it does not matter you are going to get wet!
It's a little scary, The falls are high and the water pelting!
Camera needs to be well protected or leave in the provided 10 reis locker!
I say this is a must do, but not for little children!

The Bird Park is really a nature conservation project, aimed at preserving their Atlantic Rainforest and protecting birds and reptiles that are disappearing or being used for illegal sale overseas.
A great layout, walking through a structured trail that lets you view all the animals easily and safely.
