Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place to go for a walk. For ages we have been coming here and didn’t even realise the further part over the bridge which leads to even bigger part of the park and great for picnics. Love taking the dog here as very dog friendly. No bins inside which is a pain but otherwise highly recommend. They even have a food truck that serves teas coffees and some snacks by the entrance.

Lovely golf course and the excellent staff made our Society visit most delightful. We hope to revisit when the wind may not be as severe as it was!
Our Croydon Golf Society was celebrating the start of it's 50th Season.

Great location..plenty of parking...but we were given what they called the Sports Bar and
it was so cold many of the men kept their coats on and Ladies were sharing scarfs and wraps to keep warm......the catering was excellent but the clearing up process was awful
with plates and napkins left for ages before they were cleared up. As for the price of
drinks I have paid less in the West End of London in much better surroundings and certainly better heated than the Tudor Park.

Absolutely delicious authentic Thai food. Between us we had a variety of dishes and everything was good. Great selection of beers too. Staff all really friendly and service was great too. Highly recommended!

TLDR: spa is amazing, restaurant is meh

The spa is great, my partner and I had lovely treatments. The pool, steam room and sauna areas were clean and kept to a great standard. The gym also looked spacious and well equipped, there was a lively spin studio too.

However, when booking a spa day here, PLEASE don’t book it with lunch included, it’s not worth it (£270 for two people). At best you’d be better off just having a normal lunch with full menu availability, as the “spa” set menu options were uninspiring to say the least. At worst you should eat elsewhere.

Upon arrival at the bar (not the hotel restaurant as previously thought), almost every single table was dirty - a staff member cleared away the crumbs on our table WITH HER HANDS after we had sat down at the cleanest window table we could find, and the service was friendly but not very attentive.

Also, upon arrival at the spa, we were told our lunch reservation had been moved from our original booking time - I hadn’t been notified about this. Not a huge deal, but also not great form.

I left the meal feeling annoyed, which is not how I felt after my wonderful treatments.

The restaurant was rather cold, I was glad to be wearing a jumper. My mains was roast pork, which in effective was 2 Pork Slices, certainly not off a roast. The gravy was very salty, plenty of food on my plate, but roast potatoes were hard inside. My dessert was supposed to be cheesecake!!! But I had a oblong dish with dry crumble topping on the bottom and three unexplained coloured balls on top. The balls were icy quite hard to bit into and were undefinable in taste. The dry crumble mix on the bottom was inedible as it stuck to the inside of my mouth, no ice cream or cream to help get it down. I left it. I am just so glad I wasn't paying the bill as I would have had plenty to say. But I would never bother to visit again. Definitely a big no no as far as I am concerned.
