Blythe Island Regional Park
#1 of 8 Nature & Parks in Brunswick
This is a beautiful park located in an area of gorgeous greenery and open space for picnicking, leisurely enjoyment and outdoor fun.
We were also happy that the property is half way between St. Simons Island (good restaurants and shopping) and Jekyll Island (lots of nature and a great turtle museum).
Brunswick Landing Marina
#2 of 8 Nature & Parks in Brunswick
The location is within walking distance to great restaurants downtown, and next door to a park that hosts a farmers market three days a week.
Marshes of Glynn
#3 of 8 Nature & Parks in Brunswick
If you haven't been to Overlook Park lately, you need to schedule a visit.
... you I was puzzled by some of the negative comments in other reviews --apparently by people who either expected some Disneyfied 'attraction' or else just stopped for five minutes at the little City park on Rt 17.
Mary Ross Waterfront Park
#4 of 8 Nature & Parks in Brunswick
This is a large close to the waterfront park where various events and activities occur throughout the year.
Great park for lots of events.
