#1 of 22 Nature & Parks in Baku
Due to the memorial and graves, the park is very calm and peaceful and I can imagine it is an ideal place for the locals to come and de-stress and reflect.
From the stunning views to the beautifully manicured gardens, the park is a peaceful destination to spend an hour or two.

Reaching it by a funicular, the Dagustu Park offers breathtaking views of all Baku and the Caspian Sea.
Worth visiting, it's the point where most of Baku city tours start from Upland Park has a view on the Baku bay and city itself
