Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- ColdDrinks2 contributionsMy 18 year old son did four laps in the C7 and had a blast! Russ was great with instruction, safety tips, and we enjoyed his company during our experience. We also appreciated his enthusiasm for manual transmission sports cars. I had concerns about my gear head 18 year old's 'I'm invincible' mindset going in, but Russ knew how to approach that and my son fulfilled his need for speed. We spent a couple of days in Bowling Green, saw other sites, went to the Corvette museum, toured WKU, and really had a great couple of days visiting. It also helped that we had PERFECT weather!Written 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- KeatonSaint Louis, MO6 contributionsGreat food. Long line but very fast. Chicken tenders like grandma used to make. I would definitely recommend to families. Feed out 5 with ice-cream after for a fair price.Written 30 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - cww2989 contributionsBeautiful restored mid 1800's home. The architecture and practicality of design and construction were very interesting as was the history of the land and the family. We stopped in Bowling Green on an 11 day road trip. We are glad we chose to explore the city including this visit. Do call ahead for reservations to tour the house.Written 26 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JeramieMarion, IL874 contributionsOur trip to this ballpark, to see the Hot Rods, play was great! We watched a very competitive game and the tickets were reasonably priced. - Stay235912841481 contributionThis was a beautiful stop, so worth the time. The church was recently renovated and the hard work and investment was spectacular. Old World quality, beautiful art, stain glass windows, religious relics, rich history.Written 5 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dpetrowskeBelleville, IL160 contributionsIt takes a little patience to find this bridge but wow so very neat when you do. When we went there were no other cars so we were
able to take pictures. Very unique and nostalgic. Worth the drive to find it for sure. Our gps took us a long way around but the countryside and horse farms were worth the drive by.Written 8 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The stadium was clear and well maintained, had many bathrooms, and had reasonably priced concessions. Security was very noticeable. The stadium staff and the fans we talked to were very gracious. Enjoyed the game and the a atmosphere at WKU.

Our daughter was just 8 months old the first time we went and she absolutely loved all the animals! This year, she was 20 months and we took our infant daughter, as well. To say our oldest loved it, would be an understatement! The staff are so friendly and informative and the animals are so sweet and so much for the kiddos (and kids at heart) to meet and pet! We have already said that this will be an annual tradition for our family and I tell EVERYONE I know about it! If you’re wondering if you should go, the answer is YES!!!Written 29 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 63impalaStoneham, MA1,254 contributionsAn excellent use and preservation of an original 1920's gas station. I am glad that historic places like this are saved. If you walk around the area, you will also see some other surviving/repurposed old stations that live on. Its great to save history especially if it can serve a purpose in another way.Written 3 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. So if you are in the vicinity, stop in and see how the wealthy lived in the early 20th century. It is also used for many other events during the year. Right now there are a lot of heavy traffic grade carpets on the floor, and a lot of paint that should be removed to restore it to its former glory. Hopefully improvements will continue.Written 25 December 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- John Manning1 contributionI was born in this house August 3, 1945. My dad was John A Manning and mother was Lora Gregory Manning. Joe and Lilly Wade Davenport owned the property with close to 2000 acres. The log house in the rear was used as our chicken house on one side and smoke house on the other. The rear had a shed over it with an old buggy that I remember play in.
