One of the greatest things about this tour was the fact that they use headsets so we could always hear what was being said. We started early in the morning and were able to avoid large crowds for a few hours. We also didn't need to wait in lines (except at the WCs). The staff were friendly and were very good at pointing out the dolphins and whales. A coverall is provided with multiple sizes available, ranging from XS to L (not sure if it went higher as I was only interested in my size). Tip: use the coverall so you can withstand the cold especially in November.
We sighted dolphins, a humpback, and a minke whale. Not the whole bodies as the ship stayed a respectable distance so as not to disturb the sea creatures.

The silent boat made the experience very peaceful when you got out to where the whales were so you could observe them in their natural environment. Good information given and helpful staff. Only one issue is they had a machanical problem with one of the boats so gave options for people to rebook next day for 20% off or use another boat company. If you aren’t flexible with your dates then recommend turning up by 7.30 to secure a place on the boat you booked if they have issues. It was raining lightly so it was a perfect activity to enjoy the view and stay dry! I chose the 'Privilege' package which guarantees a window seat. The food was even one of the top meals we had in Paris! Every dish we had was delicious! For our main we chose the beef and it was melt in your mouth! Wine was great as well!! Service was great and attentive. The boat dock is at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower so I planned the boat ride, with a Tour of the Eiffel Tower right after.
