Along the Blue Earth River, this park is meticulously maintained and has gazebo, picnic shelters, nice restrooms, great play area for kids with a seasonal zoo of Midwest animals.
Oh and did I say the marathon goes through the beautiful valley in Sibley Park, At Christmas time we have the wonderful Kiwanis Light Show she is amazing.

Lovely waterfalls, trails, and an interesting drive through a Bison pasture, Minneopa State Park is a great place to spend half a day.
