Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- garseliosVilnius, Lithuania6 contributionsWe visited a miniature, but very cozy and quiet place. Well-kept courtyard. It's definitely worth a visit while walking in this town.Written 7 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PeteThrapston48 contributionsThis is a review of the resort as a whole. A quieter and more family orientated resort than the more touristy areas of Golden Sands to the north and Sunny Beach to the south. The beaches are excellent - easily reached from the hotels, and with good value sunbeds and lovely bathing conditions, usually with good snackbars serving decent food and drinks. There is a lovely central mall (Primorski) with a small range of shops and nice food and drink options. Also a supermarket and various market stalls. Some other decent restaurants scattered around the resort also.
The beautiful Neptune statue in the sea is a highlight! Also, the lovely ecopark, monastery and the superb open air cinema showing films in English with subtitles.
It is well situated for visits to Varna, which is a lovely city about 9km away. The bus 31A is pretty reliable and can be picked up from several spots. Cabs are plentiful and can be flagged down quite easily, but make sure the drivers put on the meter - we got overcharged a couple of times before we worked things out properly. It would usually cost around 12 - 15 Lev one way (2023) to the centre of Varna.
Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Would recommend the resort but choose your hotel carefully.Written 5 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
