- TDM_13Calgary, Canada63 contributionsI love the Filberg park all year Go for the gardens, the tree species, the views, the petting zoo in the summer, the restaurant and of course the Filberg festival. It is a gem and although it is not a massive property a walk through always makes me happy. Our guest all love it too!Written 15 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lori KWoss, Canada18 contributionsWe walked Goose spit, it is beautiful!!!! The walk was so relaxing well worth the experience. - 10YEN10New Westminster, Canada208 contributionsGreat brewery...a little out of the way but if good craft beer, cool ambiance and great food is your thing. Land & Sea is your place.
Patio is great (no dogs inside or on patio). Inside is spacious without feeling cavernous. Staff were friendly and attentive.

This 2 acre garden is an easy walk filled with flowers, shrubs, and small vegetable gardens. I can imagine sitting on a bench reading a book. The volunteers are lovely to chat with as well.Written 12 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- trishywhitYork, UK19 contributionsBeautiful beach, so much space as the tide was out when we visited with my son, daughter in law and two year old and 5 $ to park. The scenery was amazing. Think we may be going back in a couple of days.Written 13 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Heather R100 Mile House, Canada59 contributionsThe best selection of everything locally grown or made. From various meats, sausages, vegetables, various bread vendors, eggs, Pie, oh the Pie Lady pie is worth a true rave on its own! And my newest happy place vendor, The Farm Family Bakery. I remember them from Black Creek selling baked goods from their home.....beautiful soft delicious buns, and so much more!Written 24 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - CdnMinkManitoba, Canada145 contributionsThis is a nice way to spend an hr or so after dinner on a pleasant evening. Have a look at some interesting craft incl a 100 yr old large wooden cruiser, among others, harbour scenery, and a bunch of seals hanging out close to the docks. Very relaxing.Written 24 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Judith H1 contributionLovely spot with great views. I was tenting under a tree with nothing in front of me but a big field and the beach. There were five other tents, so it wasn't crowded although it was in July. The campsite was quiet and cost $20 inclusive for the night. It's very close to the Comox ferry, which made it an ideal spot for going to Powell River the next day. The owner was friendly, so I have no complaints. There are pit toilets and running water with a few picnic tables here and there.Written 5 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - C N1 contributionPlease do not try and go to Stotan Falls. It is on Private Property and not open to the public. NYMPH FALLS PARK only a short distance away and on the same river is a public park with all the amenities. It is also much SAFER and NicerWritten 8 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
