What travellers are saying
- FRANCISCO RIOSLeon, Mexico240 contributionsEsta cascada es muy bonita y se llega facilmente, esta en medio de una vegetación exhuberante, visitenla.
This waterfall is in the middle of the forest and is very nice you must visit it it an easy ride.Written 12 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Ariel F3 contributionsRide the horses to the top of the trail to see the monarch butterfly migration up close! You must be quiet so that you don't disturb them. Wear comfortable shoes. Bring hand sanitizer, the water in the public bathrooms does not work well and bring your own roll of toilet paper or pesos to pay for toilet paper. You will be out in nature so expect to be in the head space that you are going on an adventurous hike. It is very rewarding! Bring an empty bag to fill it up with the most beautiful souvenirs! There is plenty of amazing items to shop. Some of the most beautiful fabrics and hand made items made by the local people of the area.Written 9 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Joanna K45 contributionsIt’s steep, so be prepared. Don’t walk up the hill first, unless you’re a climber. And don’t wear sandals like I did-too stressful. Absolutely worth the tough walk/simple climb.Written 17 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- yucatanjayPuerto Aventuras, Mexico34 contributionsbeautiful!!! It is a ¨Spiritual¨place with amazing furnishings and historic paintings and historic relegious artifacts.Written 25 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- grip652Collierville, TN772 contributionsVelo de Novia Waterfall is 115 feet (35 meters) tall and takes its name from its resemblance to a wedding veil (velo de novia). The park is a nature reserve and its water flows to nearby Lake Avándaro. The path to the cascade is short and passes through a variety of trees and plants. Definitely worth a visit.Written 28 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Michelle S25 contributionsThis place is so worth going! although the road is a little harsh, its definitely worth it. The great Stupa is a place of quiet, of meditation, nothing like i've ever seen before in mexico.Written 1 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Jan_R_SKBratislava, Slovakia16 contributionsAmazing place! Not your everyday Eco-Hotel. The community that welcomes you is really lovely, the place is truly connected to nature, and has a very positive vibe. The horseback riding tours are epic! We really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure!Written 13 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Chris K3 contributionsEnjoyed a tour of Valle de Bravo and surrounding areas, which included two waterfalls, Avandaro, the Buddhist Temple, and Monte Alto. Incredible time with our tour guides who are very knowledgeable of the area and provided lots of tips for us. I highly recommend this company and will book another tour with them soon!Written 12 March 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kyle D1 contributionThis was the most amazing experience. I have two young children, and this place catered perfectly to my girls. The scenery is beautiful. The waterfalls feel like a fairytale. My wife literally said this was the best adventure of her life. The property was beautiful. The owner Jorge and his staff were so kind and patient with our family. This is a must do experience!!!!Written 10 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
