Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stopped here for a snack stop on a walk with friends.
Lovely quiet location, where we had a relaxing experience, and soaked in the atmosphere and one could easily get a feel of the location and it’s place in the geography.
This was aided by the information boards dotted around the historic religious site.

It is two miles down some very narrow lanes from Shap Abbey and located in the hamlet of Keld. In 1650 it was no longer used as a church and was converted into a home. In 1910 it was given to National Trust, who transformed it back into a church. There is a sign on the door on where to get the key to let yourself in. It is presently not open due to dangerous roof conditions.

Had a great time out with Lee doing ghyll scrambling. We took 6 children aged between 8-16 and Lee managed to get them all enjoying it, even the reluctant teenagers.

I've done a rock climbing taster and caving in ingleton on the multi activity course and went onto setup a lead climbing course to learn the skills needed to safely sport climb, so whether you're looking for fun days out or to progress your skills joes courses are a good choice to learn or try something new for a very reasonable price!
