Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

She booked rooms, pubs and restaurants, provides a foolproof map for the less experienced and they will transfer your bags to your arrival location. Thoroughly recommended to enjoy the fantastic and less trodden routes and hospitality that Kent has to offer.Written 18 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Christine J1 contributionI have been walking with Boots On Adventures for a good few years now and I love this group. We have made so many friends and all the new members are always made to feel welcome.
Ian (walk leader) gave a young member of the group a map today and let him lead the group, whilst supporting him along the way.
I would highly recommend this group to anyone, and you don't need any walk experience as everyone is so supportive.Written 1 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A group of us had a very enjoyable tour on Friday lead by Nigel which was both interesting and informative .
It certainly inspired several of us to visit the town again to delve further into its heritage .Written 1 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The head brewer (sorry i've forgotten your name) was absolutely fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. Ales were extremely good and even got to try a development beer which I'm very excited to buy when it comes out. Highly recommend. Thanks chaps.Written 10 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jan A3 contributionsThis was our first visit to Oare Marshes and a guided walk was the perfect way to get to know our way around the nature reserve. What a beautiful spot! Our young but knowledgeable guide, Louise, allowed us to take our time and was full of interesting information about the landscape, plants and wildlife as well as the history of the area. Our particular interest was birds and we were certainly not disappointed as there were plenty of opportunities to put our binoculars and cameras to good use. We also spotted a seal, a large eel and numerous beautiful dragonflies, as well as coastal flowers such as sea lavender and samphire. I would highly recommend these guided walks to anyone with a love of nature and open spaces.Written 16 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
