Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Stacey P6 contributionsAbsolutely loved this place..perfect for little ones and at £1.50 a ride it's affordable too..open Sundays and cash only. Fantastic little place. Staff were lovely and had a lovely atmosphere among those waiting for the next train☺️❤️Written 8 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 507bobby12345London, UK1 contributionI cannot recommend Role Play Rascals enough! The best role play centre we’ve been to by far with some really novel, unique and fun themed areas. It is clear that a huge amount of thought has gone into designing and planning the play opportunities here, with amazing attention to detail and great interactive elements. My little ones were completely immersed, the time flew by and they didn’t want to leave at the end of the session! An absolute gem!Written 26 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

My daughter attended however I didn't like having to pay termly fees rather than weekly so we stopped going.
I also arranged a little gathering on the parent and toddler session for my child's 3rd birthday, she doesn't have many preschool age friends so couldn't organise an official party. However upon arriving and paying for her 5 friends I was told I should've paid £10 to reserve tables (we were first to arrive so didn't need to reserve) and if I have brought a cake with me I have to pay £10 to use it!! I did call the centre prior to my visit and none of this was said to me! I am very disappointed with the centre that just seems to take money from you and that seems their priority before customer service. Shame.Written 15 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
