Staff were kind and happy to answer all questions with patience.

The interior is just as the occupants left and give a really good insight. The collection of clocks is amazing. A water garden runs down to a lake where you can picnic in the shade of a lovely tree.
The arboretum leads you to a maze.
We took a picnic as reviews of the cafe were not great.
There are no made paths and the gardens are steep so not great for those with accessibility difficulties.
The garden is dog friendly.

The cinema itself is a lovely old building. So you want to support small business and have a unique cinema visit, this is the place for you. We love it

Diane and Robbie are wonderful hosts, and incredibly knowledgable. Diane was so patient and explained everything very clearly. We both left feeling as though we had learnt a great deal and had met a lovely group of people. Beautiful setting, excellent company and delicious food! The gluten free bread is delicious. I don't like any other gluten free bread accept here.
