Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Occasional TravellerWarwickshire, UK54 contributionsInteresting but fairly small attraction, well worth a visit. Cute gift shop too. We parked at the Turner Contemporary and walked across to the grotto.Written 24 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It needs some updating but so much potential. The upstairs was closed due to a leaking roof. Hope to revisit when it’s repaired.Written 2 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. My partner and I went and we had a great time, we enjoyed the Egyptian theme and the puzzles were cerebral. Working as a team is essential but so much fun. Our time flew by! Highly recommend!Written 8 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- BeveraldoLondon416 contributionsBit dark and dingy but good food options. For those who don't know this is like a mini food market where you can go to different small kitchen units for different food choices. We had pizza which was ok if not amazing. The pizza came slowly. There is also a bar where you can get a drink which was nice. Many of the units were closed when we went, unclear if this was a permanent or temporary closure (we were there at the weekend during school summer holidays so it would seem odd to be closed when there are lots of potential customers about). Decor a bit tired.Written 8 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
