Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You have to take your hat off to the volunteers who maintain this museum.Full of railway nostalgia. They even have a couple of hundred yards of railway track with some old carriages waiting eternally for passengers.
You can park in Asda just over the road

A great place. Plenty of places to shop and eat. One slight problem, (and the reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5)....
    Is the parking.
It's a victim of it's own success tbf.
    Top tip:
Visit on Sundays. Weekdays. But NEVER Saturdays.

Staff were very friendly and lovely. They were very efficient and helpful too. The Hall is very clean and warm and the room had a lovely view over the lawns and surrounding park. The food was out of this world. Afternoon tea was the best I have ever had. Al a carte tasting menu was heavenly - the chef certainly knows how to wow his dinners.

Calm and relaxing walk, a lot of people with dogs, some good views with benches around, accessible for people in wheelchairs.

Swans nests are really close to the walks and if you are not careful, you can get hissed at by a swan, so you need to be careful.

Not a religious man but one can appreciate the beauty of the architecture of this building and picture the forgotten building methods used to construct it.

Situated in the heart of Rushden near the war memorial, St Mary’s Church is a picturesque building with many interesting and ancient features.

I rated our experience 5/5 because we liked our walk.
    We saw lots of ducks.
    We ate our sandwiches.
    We held hands.
    We laughed.
    We lost a 20p coin.
    We found the 20p coin.
There are lots of different trees.
We witnessed a swan dancing to impress another swan.
My wife thought she saw a fish in one of the lakes .I’m pretty certain it was just a figment of her imagination but I said “you’re right dear,it’s a fish for sure.
    She smiled at me.
Lovely place and we will definitely be going again because I’d like to see a fish (in water).

“To keep in mind those from this town who have their lives in the Great War 1914-1919”

A fitting tribute to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to keep us free from a destiny of servitude to an evil German regime.

A nice little park in the centre of Rushden complete with benches and small green spaces.

The museum is small and re-opens the first weekend in May. Please visit as it does make a lovely visit and the staff/volunteers are very knowledgeable and chatty. The theme changes every year and its is open Saturdays and Sundays until October 2pm to 4pm and all day on bank holidays and event days in the park in which it is situated.

I took my employees to this park for a team building and bonding session.
Monica,Debbie,Henrietta,Sharon,Tracy,Patty,Gina,Sylvanna,Victoria and Jane were very impressed with the size of it (the park).
We played hide and seek for hours and I made them let me win (made me very happy).
I treated them all (apart from Victoria) to exquisitely made tuna and banana sandwiches.
They wolfed them down like hungry labourers (labradors perhaps).
The trees are very good here and the grass is very comfortable for certain “floor activities “ and we had a lovely day.
I do think however,it is a long way to come for us as our office is just outside Dudley but we will definitely come back and explore the rest of the area.

A modern purpose built building with ample free parking. It’s clean and the ambient temperature is very comfortable. No cafe but there is a vending machine . A good sized gym, and several rooms for Meetings etc.. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
