Last day of the season and sadly the house wasn't available. However, the gardens and grounds were a delight - you really felt both we actively and progressively managed - looking to the future of the Park. It's a bit of a trek for us but if we're in the area we will definitely call again and hope to see the house and the collections. A real gem!

National Trust members get in free but the house is run privately. The gardens are amazing in every direction. The house is beautiful with an incredible art collection. It was only open in the afternoon and we wish we had gone earlier to make the most of it.

Loved finding this on my journey, such an interesting little building and beautiful surrounding woodland.

I went with a friend, her children, and some more children (7-11), as moral support. The hands on animal experiences were superb - we got to handle chicks, and feed goats, pigs and lambs - adults and children alike. There were some play areas, a cafe, spaces to leave our bags, and a little walk around a field to meet some of the animals out grazing. Lots of loos and great hygiene and clear instruction. Our only reason for not giving five stars was that we were offered to pick eggs from the chicken coop, but were told the eggs were brought in specially as the chickens didn't lay enough. I'd rather not have had the experience than have a fabricated one.

Great that this is preserved for future generations. A real part of history and lovely just to walk around and soak up earlier passings.

Far to busy with friends and families meeting up with no social distancing, Just using the children as a excuse to meet up at the cycle and skate park, Car park is always full with car noise to tail up the hill on the road and the tarmac is behold repair. Could be nice quite walk for a hour but far to many selfish People/Adults meeting there during the national lockdown.

Shame was a nice place one time..

Lovely Friday night visit, great atmosphere, friendly staff and most importantly well-kept beer! Good range of ales, drafts and pub snacks. Inclusive atmosphere, warm and friendly owners. Recommended!

Play here a lot after work. It really is good value. The greens have improved a lot over the past couple of years. Always welcoming and friendly

A fantastic asset for Faringdon. Dale and the team are friendly and knowledgeable and serve the most delicious cocktails. The customer service is first class. A great night out.

Me and my two sisters spent the evening make clutch bags with Caroline. The workshop is a real treasure and we were made really welcome with warm greetings, nibbles and bubbles.
Caroline is clearly very skilled and she is very warm and friendly. We laughed so much as she supported us to make our dream bags.
We were all delighted with the results and I would highly recommend this , thank you Nikki
