Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Leones10892 contributionsWe arranged a tour for friends visiting from Calgary Canada. The daughter has played rugby in Canada for many years and her mother is a huge fan of the game. They said that the tour with Julie was the highlight of their trip to the UK. Leaving with huge smiles on their faces and some amazing keepsakes that would be the envy of their friends back home 😉…we want to thank you Julie for such an enjoyable and interesting visit. Your knowledge and passion for the school is incredible and infectious.Written 6 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephen B4 contributionsWent to see Fidler on the Roof and I has to say the show was fantastic. The acting was professional class as was the music from the live orchestra. The seats were very comfortable. Also the staff were helpful and courteous and could not do enough for me and my disabled companion in her wheelchair.
Overall a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend a trip to this theatre and especially to see Fidler on the Roof.Written 23 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dolemite600Leamington Spa, UK501 contributionsI went on a group visit with another heritage group.
A lot of the items on display were everyday utility items which our recent ancestors would have used. It is important to preserve and show these items because it is a piece of social history showing how we used to live.

- JoG83Southam, UK3 contributionsWe love love love Adventure Zone!! It is huge, definitely the best soft play in the area and is always really clean / well maintained. I'm not sure why the last review on here was so negative as we have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly and the food is great value. It would be 5 stars but I was really disappointed to see the use of so many disposable items / single use plastic :( Our cokes came in the non-recyclable wax lined cups with plastic lids and plastic straws. Kids squash came in disposable plastic cups. Kids sandwiches wrapped in clingfilm and kids lunch (plus a cake bought later) given on disposable paper plates. Hoping that management will consider the environmental impact of this amount of waste and look at getting some reusable items, even if that means a bit more washing up for the kitchen!Written 12 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
