Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Bonnie HByron Bay, Australia153 contributionsI have done a social media course and basic Japanese. Social media was okay, if you understand basic social media, you probably won't get much out of it. Japanese was amazing. Katsuko is the best teacher!Written 29 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BrentAlbert Park, Australia3 contributionsWe had a great time seeing the sights of the area with our friendly and knowledgeable host Therese.
Loved the market, John's exotic fruits and the brewery.

They tailored a private walk and cycle specifically for me and offered other suggestions and tours that I might be interested in. The commentary by Liam during the coastal walks were both interesting, informative and educational and he had a great depth of knowledge of the history of the towns, the Indigenous sites, the wildlife, the fauna and flora and eco systems. I loved every minute of the walks and I just couldn’t get enough of it, so many beautiful and breathtaking views and lots of photos to reflect on my time exploring the Northern Rivers coast, estuaries, hinterland and fauna and flora.Written 3 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
