Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely day out at Dawlish Warren Beach. Great that there is a really big car park near the beach, good amusements and activities for the kids.

We parked at Dawlish Warren which is quite expensive. The walk into Dawlish is pretty flat and very pleasant with great views. It is right next to the train line and we had quite a few trains passing as we walked. It took about 35 to 40 minutes. Would recommend good shoes instead of sandals or flip-flops.

After a good walk along the beach past the eroding dunes, this secluded spot at the end of the jutting land is a great place to spot linnet, stone chats, oystercatchers and more. Merlin App picked up Cirl Bunting but we failed to see one unfortunately. We visited on a Saturday and the visitors centre was closed when we set off out and then closed upon our return, shame that. Otherwise a lovely place to visit then go enjoy fish & chips plus donuts by the sea

Wow! Visited here to see the famous rail track, that got washed away in the storm. What a lovely place. Wandered around the beach and the town centre, nice little river with black swans. Lovely shops the shop owners were so friendly and chatty. Went to the Old Mill for a cream tea, delicious! Great place to visit.

A lovely little spot this in the heart of Dawlish. A great place to take the weight off, relax for a little while. Or maybe sit in and have lunch, having gotten takeaway from a/the surrounding local shops.
Paric after a spell walking around the town, or having come from the seafront, and looking for a change of scene from blue to green
And also of course, as everyone says, it it the home of the famous black swans.

They also hold fete's on the lawn at various times of the year. There was one the day I was there which was a lot of fun.
An all around lovely little park.
