Although you need a car or Uber ride to the Grand Ole Opry it is worth the ride. Make a day of it and visit the Grand Ole Opry Hotel which is a short walk away. The show is well done and is a must do when you are in Nashville.

I didn't know anything about the Ryman going in but after the introductory movie and the tour I learned so much and was in awe of this building filled with so much history.

Across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame it is an outdoor park with plaques on the sidewalk like the walk of stars in Hollywood. A lot of homeless people asking for money. Interesting to see who is been inducted.

We recently took the mansion tour of Belle Meade with Bryce. He was a fabulous tour guide. His presentation was excellent, he was extremely knowledgable and he was engaging and personable. We would highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Nashville.

My wife and I visited here recently and enjoyed the tour of the house by the very informative hosts. Walking around the grounds was very relaxing. The place is picturesque and the garden where Jackson and his family are buried is nice.

Downtown Nashville in the morning is nice since it's not very crowded but after 11am be prepared for crowds...even in the middle of the week! We didn't stay too long but we did take advantage of a nice candy shop and a few gift shops. Like most big cities there are a lot of homeless people in Nashville but normally they won't bother you. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking though especially if you're gonna spend the whole day. I paid $42 to park in a lot not far from the country music hall of fame and Museum. But it was close to everything so I guess it's worth it...

If you are a fan of Johnny Cash then you have to stop here! They have so much to see and I love how it's all laid out. It was a bit crowded when I went so I wasn't able to stop and read everything but I did snap quite a few pictures. There is a guy watching the door to make sure noone enters without paying. He reminded me of a bouncer at a club but he was super nice. They do have restrooms BUT they are for customers only. After paying admission you will find a code at the bottom of your receipt which gives you access to the restroom. Don't forget to stop by the gift shop on your way out to grab your Johnny souvenirs! I would visit again.

We had an early start but it was worth it to listen to our guide Ron. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgable and made this visit the highlight of our music tour. Would definitely recommend.

I was honestly blown away by the size of this resort! We weren't staying here but wanted to see the atrium and I think it was worth the walk over. Such a beautiful place for photos and they even have a boat ride you can take through the water. It was definitely a nice way to spend an hour or two.

FYI...unless you are staying here do NOT Park here. They charge $33 per day to park and the atrium was beautiful but not enough to justify paying that parking fee. You can either park at the Opry Mills Mall or at Cooter's Place and walk over. It's only a couple of blocks and you will save money...

We LOVED this museum. We added it because we ended up with time to kill. It has a TON of memorabilia not found elsewhere including a large display of Johnny Cash from his closed hometown museum. However, this museum is about all genres of music. There were a ton of pictures that I have not seen before such as a very young Beach Boys. Also, tons of memorabilia from all of your favorites. They also had a grammy exhibit with feed that was very interesting. I had to tear several people of my party away from watching the highlights reel. Did I mention it is FREE? So worth a visit. You can spend an hour or a few there depending on the depth of your interest.

A family owned business with a very special story. A warm welcome and a great atmosphere greeted us upon arrival. We were over an hour early but were offered to join the earlier tasting. Much appreciated.
Turns out the story behind this distillery is truly unique, very interesting, unexpected to say the least and insanely inspiring.
The tasting was hosted by PJ who did an amazing job. Time flew by and we learnt so much about whiskey. Lots of information given in a fun way that made it easy to follow and given in small steps easy to digest and process, even as a non-native English speaker.
Knowing, how to taste, drink, mix and enjoy the different whiskeys lots of AHA moments came up.
This tour is not only lots of fun and much enjoyable, you learn and understand.
An awesome experience you shouldn't miss.
I'm still intrigued by the business story.....
    Thank you very much!!

This replica is really a “must see” for history buffs and especially those who like Greek history!! I was really impressed by the detail and just overall beauty of this place. I have been the real Parthenon in Athens Greece & this just makes me want to go back there again. The museum inside is interesting and it does cost $10 to see it and the statue as well. The overall park is well maintained and a beautiful place in the center of all the Nashville businesses.

Sarah provided a wonderful tasting experience and lots of information. She also provide some great references of other things to do in the area. Thank you Sarah! Loved the music on Sunday night & the bites to eat (fish taco 😀 & queso).

The crowd was huge, and yet, four adults and four children under twelve enjoyed the day. Walking among the kangaroos was a treat, especially seeing the new mama's joey moving around inside her pouch.

We missed out on some of the big animals because of renovations and veterinary testing.

Grassmere is a gem! The story of the family who made it possible for the zoo to exist is priceless.
