Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went to the Brookside Theatre on May 1st to see Avenue Q - what a great show! The cast were superb and the theatre staff are friendly and welcoming. We saw Stepping Out at Brookside in February which was also very good. Brookside is a gem of a local theatre. I read another review complaining about the price of the drinks, but they're certainly cheaper than you'd pay in west end and the seats are more comfortable too.

Such a friendly welcome, children loved it, it only takes around half an hour, but it’s free for children and they had fun. We also had a lady giving us a tour and encouraged boys to try things, put armour on. She was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely day.

Just be aware that using the postcode on the satnav tries to send you to the wrong side of Broxhill Road. The main entrance, coming up from the A12 is a little further round the bend on the left.

Huge exapanses of greenery made for a lovely visit on a sunny day. Very nice visitor centre including cafe with indoor and outdoor seating giving great views back towards London.

We were pleased to find it was Apple Day and the walled garden was open with a number of stalls etc to visit.

Hard to imagine you're still within Greater London. Well worth a visit.

The Community Farm is an ideal place for young kids to see and play with animals in a Farm. There is a horse, sheep, chicken, Cockrell, cats, ducks, rabbits . In addition there is playing facilities for toddlers. Good eating vendors provide delicious food as well.

Absolutely brilliantly unique shop!! So much memorabilia with a very broad price range for all wallets! And (the owner) is a lovely guy who, as well as doing an awful lot for charity, is so friendly and well up for a sports chat. If boxing and/or boxing memorabilia is your thing, you really should go. I’ll be back soon.

Met a friend for the first time since lockdown. Had a walk round and COVID rules are set in place. We were very impressed and this made us comfortable to carry on with our shopping

So stunning, we go at least twice a year. It is very well kept and it isn’t overcrowded. Good value for money as you can really go twice if you want- just don’t play the last hole or find yourself another golf bowl on the hill.😁

Wanted artwork for our home. The shop seems very proud to display vulgar, upsetting and distasteful items. We had to leave quickly with our children. Never going back.
