Very nice zoo and you could tell that the animals were very well cared for at this zoo. The reason for the 4 stars was due to some of the exhibits being closed.

My 5 yr old daughter insists on coming back this summer for a game! I never understood why people wanted to tear down Tropicana fields by me in St Petersburg Fl until we came here.. Seeing this park really sets a high bar for other parks around the country. There are parks and playgrounds for kids nearby, the river and bridges, and the downtown vibe just leaves you wanting to come back!

This is a great space. If you like Art Deco, this place will delight you. I'm sure that it's a beautiful spot for weddings and events. And many movies are filmed here.
As for the museums, the price range is good but they are small. We made it through the natural history museum in 30-40 minutes and the Cincinnati history museum only took a half hour at most. And I'd argue that the Cincinnati history museum is more of a Cincinnati's Museum of Transportation History.
The best part of this was that a docent was giving free tours of the building. They do them on Fridays through Sundays and they take about an hour. We joined one on a whim and Larry was so informative and enthusiastic. You get to go around a lot of rooms that aren't open to the public. (Do NOT join if you can't do stairs.)

As members who live an hour and a half away we value our time we get to enjoy seeing the art of this lovely museum. Today the Whitfield Lovell exhibit opened up and was an impressive show. Lovell who has traveled to other countries that helped him create a unique perspective of drawing dignified images of African Americans with various media on paper, canvas and boards presents a powerful visual image that literally takes your breath away. We confess that we were unfamiliar with his work but that’s what the Cincinnati Art Museum does is expose people to art that inspires and presents a unique look at the world we live in. Let’s also not forget the permanent exhibits that are free to explore. Situated in picturesque Eden Park it’s a can’t miss opportunity.

This is a very fun museum and they have interesting displays and all kinds of signage types.
I did both the audio tour and the tour with Alex. He put's on his "announcer" voice and takes us through the museum offering educational tidbits throughout.
Definitely an interesting stop for someone wanting to know more about this type of history and how it advanced.
Price not too steep, free onsite parking

large old cemetery and botanical garden. Great place for winter walk on beautiful day. Lots of mature trees and plants and a few lakes. I didn't stay long but enjoyed walking around and saw a few birds. The swans were so graceful and lovely to watch. the stone bridges would be good for pictures.

It’s still early March and sighs of spring are ever slowly starting. This is one of our favorite times to visit the Krohn Conservatory to see the beautiful flowers in the spring show especially after a long dreary winter. It’s not especially large as you can see everything in an hour or less. Still it leaves you feeling elated about the coming warmer seasons to come. Granted prices have risen a bit after Covid but is still reasonable for those who enjoy a calming setting filled with flowers and plants.

I like walking across bridges, especially ones that lead from one state to another. So this one was fun even if it is a rather short walk (10 min if strolling?). The views of Covington and Cincinnati are lovely from each side.
This bridge doesnt indicate when you cross the state line like the Purple People Bridge, but it does have spots on the walk where you can use a QR code and hear some history about the bridge and its construction.

This museum is intensely packed with information. I made an effort to visit all of the exhibits and read most of the information presented. Didn't have time to watch any of the films in the two different theatres.
I really enjoyed the modern perspective and application of slavery as it still exists today in various forms.
You could easily spend 3 hours on just the 3rd floor, the other floors move quicker and depending on interest, can be done in a hour to 1.5hours.
There was an interactive exhibit on bias. However, I personally believe the activity itself created bias. But it was interesting either way.

I tried to park on the street in front of the entrance, but the time limit (not posted) was 2 hours, so then had to find a parking garage in order to finish the museum, which was frustrating. Cincy needs to get their street parking policy clear.

Our daughter loved everything from the playground and flying pig, to the swings and the view. Out of everything we did in our short time in Cincy, she loved the family swings alongside the river.

The Findlay Market is downtown, over the Rhein area where a man can find local producers' goods. Around the market, there are plenty of small shops, places to eat, and cafes. The collector - free of charge tram line passes by which gives an excellent connection to the marketplace with the other parts of the downtown. Also, just next to the Findlay Market, there are a few historical breweries to visit.
On Mondays, the market is closed. The busiest days are the weekend ones when it might get crowded.

Just spend a couple hours here. Kid, dog and bike friend. One of if not the most beautiful river walk I’ve been to.
