- 570alanSouthport, UK4 contributionsIt is a small old church which probably was for residents built in 1750 and would have a capacity of about 12 -15 people set in amongst pine trees.Can be found on the left hand side of the road which is to the left of the Grand Hotel Slavia. Is not open to the public.

The entrance is free of charge, and gave us some insight into what had been found on the local 'Gradina'. Some of the archelogical things are similar to what we know from home, but still worth to see.

The beaches are mesmorizing with the wonderful view of tje Biokovo mountains. If you like walks along the beach, this is the place to go. There are many restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops and souvenir stands...evetything you need. You can also do water sports or go on a trip. However, there are also crowds of people, which can be too much at times. I also loved the dog beach as we travel with a dog. When paying €120- to moor a boat for one night, what one really wants is a nice shower and loo facility, to wash off the salt, sun cream and insect repellent. The facility here is a small portakabin with dingy showers, very small loos, all in a poor state of decoration and repair.
Prices not shown on the website. Should be, as cost is part of the decision as to where to overnight.

- Edin2 contributionsWe had a great time with Tea. She was absolutely in control of situation as she was diving with my 13 year old daughter and me behind them. We were relaxed the whole time and absolutely enjoyed the experiance. I recommend Poseidon to anyone who wants to have fun day diving.
