Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked the wine tour and tasting, then had lunch. The guide was amusing and very knowledgeable. The wines were quite exceptional and different. The setting was beautiful, lunch was top class and all the staff were really really friendly. Thoroughly recommend. We will be back for the tasting menu.

Absolutely beautiful place to visit, crystal clear waters with gorgeous views.

Easy to park, and 2 different routes to chose - they are rocky, I would advise sandals (not flip flops) as it’s very uneven and slippy, and you need footwear ideally to get into the sea.

Really is absolutely stunning, we were completely alone for about 1hr 45mins, and the suddenly we were surrounded by people, and we were in a very rocky part. Most people around seemed to take some/all clothes off,
So be aware of this if this isn’t something you don’t wish to see (certainly took us by surprise!)

    Really would recommend a visit!!

Wow this is super well done as a recently constructed village in a bay. In character white compact fishing houses with tiny alleyways and a couple of cafes. Cute, worth a visit if you are close.

Excellent visit showing excellent remains from this period of time with good notice boards telling you about each building. Wear flat closed shoes as a little rough under foot

    Simply wow..

Even though I holiday with my family I have selected ‘solo’ as my type as that’s exactly what this was as I take the opportunity whilst away to get fit with a daily early morning run to a nearby beach.. quick strip and dip and then run back to the family..

Son Bou at the Santo Tomas End has been my beach of choice the last two years but as we’re further up the coast this was one of the two closest this time..

You’ll find it on the road from Binidali to Binissafúller but blink and I promise you’ll miss it ! The car park.. (if you can even call it a car park) would only take 4 or 5 cars at best so you may find you have to park in Binidali and walk 25 to 30 minutes to get here.. then you can’t even see the beach from the car park.. just jungle.. and whilst there is a rudimentary path it’s twisting and not suitable for wheelchair users and would test the hardiest parent with a buggy..

Keep going though and you will NOT be disappointed.. very shallow entry in to the clear waters with cliffs either side of you offering shelter from any wind.. this will be an absolute sun trap in the day so take plenty of everything as there are no facilities here..

Clothing optional? Who knows.. it is at my time of the day as I’m in and out and gone in ten minutes by 8am but given its location I’d suggest there will be others doing the same later in the day

Only negative.. it is right under the flight path so if you don’t mind the incoming/outgoing seeing you sunbathing then crack on..

    Would I come back?

The question would have to be “why wouldn’t I come back? Beautiful.. Minorca at its stunning best

Visited this purely by chance when having a stroll down the Main Street. Completely free to enter and is a disused windmill with a lot of history. It is only small, but has lots of exhibits and the guy who is there is really helpful.

You can walk up the steps right to the top. Kids (and me) really enjoyed it.

Well worth half an hour or so if you are there.

I enjoyed good views over blue waters to the lighthouse on isla del Aire on my CAMI DE CAVALLS walk from PUNTA PRIMA resort-beach to the small fishermans creek of BINIANCOLLA.ISLA DEL AIRE is a nature reserve so most people will have to admire the lighthouse from a distance. The flat small rocky Island is home to a black sub-species of the Balearic Lizart and some seabirds like shag-cormorants.

Fabulous dive. Very safe friendly and experienced. Good quality equipment and loads to see! Now a marine reserve too so will be better and better. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and as I haven’t dived for 9 years I was a little rusty! They helped me with everything and made the dive for me. Lots of fish and beautiful caverns and caves and warm water too. Couldn’t have been better. 6 stars really ! 👌🏼👌🏼 can’t wait to see you again ! Thanks to Lawerence and Sylva - such kind people xx

I stayed at the Occidental Menorca hotel and hired a bike throughout the week with Mister Bike tours which was a few minutes walk from the hotel. The service was fantastic, right from initial booking when in the UK, the communication was seemless and the bike and service met my requirements perfectly. It is such a good family business who really go out of their way for their customers. You can book a tour or hire a bike and set off on your own.
I enjoyed some excellent rides, the bike and equipment hired were perfect and I really enjoyed the experiences throughout the week. I would highly recommend Miguel and his family to anyone looking to hire bikes in Menorca.
Thank you for a great time!

Thanks to the previous review :)
Went on a double kayak for 1h but used it for 2.
Alan was very nice and helpful on the phone and once we were there.
He provided a waterproof bag and the rest of our belongings were safe with him.
No complain because we paid for 1h and came back 1h late. The most important was that we had fun.
    1h €15, 2h €25, 3h €35.
Went on the island to see the black lizards, bring bread along to feed them. Once you spot one you start to see them everywhere.
Take appropriate shoes for the island as you need to climb through rocks as no sand for landing the kayak.
The lighthouse is closed but you can take pictures.
If you are going on the island I would recommend 2h as we were hoping to have enough time to do it in 1h but we failed.
20-25 minutes to reach it but with other boats in the water you need to wait when they pass by to stay stable.
We really enjoyed it, good value for money.
