Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I would definitely recommend this tour and hopefully you will get our guide Will, who was just amazing! We had a nice small group of 6 and traveled in a small comfortable minivan. Will was funny, informative, and a great photographer.. Don’t hesitate to book this tour and it was very affordable also!

Michael was absolutely amazing. Even after our late arrival, he worked around our interests and certainly gave us more than what we ordered for the trip. The vans were very nice, and the wine tour was perfectly scheduled for the middle of the trip.

With Michael's long experience in Santorini, he gave us the local, non-touristic tips and tricks of the island. He was not only knowledgeable about the sites to see, but also knew a ton about the historical aspects of the islands.

If (and when) we come back, I will certainly be asking for Michael, again. And, maybe even checking out his other tours in Athens.

If you are debating, just take the donkeys.

We took a tour on a flexible schedule of Santorini. The tour was exceptional and our guide (Lee for short) was wonderful. Our visit to Oia was wonderful and we experienced the monastery, the windmills and of course the blue domed churches.

Theo, our guide, was so friendly & welcoming! He was most interesting about the history of Santorini & we loved the stunning views through the streets of Fira & Oia, the chic boutiques & shops, the black sand beach and the beautiful view from the monastery high on the mountain. We definitely recommend Theo as a tour guide. We were so pleased, he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and made our visit to Santorini memorable and most enjoyable!

We booked "The best of Santorini Shore Excursion 7-H" private tour. Incredible day with a fantastic driver guide.

Santorini Tours Greece staff and Asimina' from the office, communication was top notch. She reached out to us a couple days in advance in prep for potential weather concerns.

The day of our private tour was Sunday the day of the Greek Orthodox Easter! What a day! We were lucky to experience the Greek easter day, and lucky we had George as our driver guide. He took us to the best places to see on the island and showed us how the Greeks enjoy the Easter day! The sky showed signs of opening up and George our driver used his experience and reading people to provide candid perspective that led us to have an absolutely beautiful day.

After our visit the famous for the sunset village of Oia we visited the Sky Blue restaurant on May 16 2023, the Greek Easter Day. We dined at a delicious lunch spot with a stunning view.

We enjoyed the lamb (traditional meal for Greek Easter Day) that followed was delicious and very good! They roast the whole lamb on a spit, and one thing is certain – it isn’t Easter without it! The meal was followed with hors d'oeuvres, salads and local Santorini cuisine dishes made from high quality ingredients.

Highly 10/10 recommend this for couples, families, friends and/or solo travelers.

Thank you Santorini Tours Greece for the wonderful day, thank you George, we hope to meet again!

The tour guide provided a thorough understanding of Santorini and adequately accommodated a large group of 9 adults. The trip was most enjoyable and left us all wanting to visit Santorini again.

The tour started well, we went to the monastery anya was a brilliant guide and very entertaining, even took a photo of myself and my niece for us. Then I had an accident, Tanya, the driver and some of the other passengers, Bob in particular, were wonderful, arranged for me to get to hospital, went above and beyond.
I recovered enough to later go on another tour with kamari and had a great time.

I highly recommend it! The drivers and staff were extremely friendly and professional! They suggested the best destinations on the island since they know the island attractions better than anyone else. The drivers' politeness, respectfulness, and willingness for 24/7 pick-up make them exceptional for me! I also liked that the cars were spacious and comfortable while the music playlist added exotic vibes during rides around the island!

Our guide was Nikos and he delivered exactly what we wanted.
We explored almost the entire island and went off the beaten paths to see things we wouldn’t have found on our own.
Nikos also provided excellent local knowledge and the history of Santorini.

Nikos is just a nice friendly guy. He made us feel like we already knew him.

    Tour was worth every Euro.

We did the Wine Tour Santorini with Kamari Tours. They picked us up at our apartment in Firostephani and drove us to Kamari where we picked up another couple from California and our tour guide, Chrisa. Chrisa was very charming and a wonderful guide. She took us to 3 wineries on the south end of Santorini. We were introduced the Assyrtiko grapes and the wines produced from them. Great day with great wines. 5 stars!

Fantastic views with extremely informative narration from our tour guide, who kept a pretty good pace. Though not stated, this tour requires good hiking shoes and moderate to high level of fitness.

Great service! Our driver was in contact with me the entire time. Our flight was delayed in Athens, and he assured me he would be there. When we walked out of the airport, he was there and quickly helped us with our luggage. He was very polite and gave us info about Santorini on our drive to Oia. I would highly recommend this transfer company.

The day was good, as you get to see a lot of the island, thus leaving you the rest of your holiday to relax. Enjoyed the monastery and village trip, but would have preferred to have stopped for lunch in Pyrgos as we didn't get to have lunch until around 4pm after we had been to the Akrotiri archeological site, which we found a bit underwhelming for the 36 euros it cost for us all to get in (EU under 25s go free, but non-EU U25s have to pay 6 euros and over 25s 12. Another Brexit bonus! ) The Red Beach is on the schedule, but you're put off by the fact it's a 10 minute walk in the heat, plus you're not really meant to go there as it was deemed to be too dangerous back in 2015 I think it was. Fira was a nice place to explore. Particularly recommend the Tropical Bar for its view out over the sea. Oia for the sunset was good, but it gets very very busy, so go early to get a spot if you want to enjoy the view. It's the first time we ever saw and heard people applauding a sunset. Bizarre! Our guide, Maria, was very cheerful and informative. Must be hard to do that seven days a week and keep smiling, but she does! Overall rates maybe a 7/10. Would prefer lunch earlier, as mentioned, plus maybe a stop at a beach that's actually officially open. The Akrotiri site is very much for those with an interest in archeology. Personally, I'd maybe find a replacement for that section of the tour as well, as it really didn't wow us at all.

This place lived up to it's reputation,,,Oia, with it's famous blue domed vistas is breathtakingly beautiful. But...there is a great more to see on Santorini. Our fantastic tour guide, Agatha, brought us around other parts of the island, including the charming town of Megalochari, which apparently hasn't changed too much for centuries, yet looks like a lovely place to live.
Agatha was full of interesting information and knew exactly what we would enjoy seeing, and even turned us on to some of the best wine we've ever had (only available on Santorini) at a nice restaurant in Oia, King Neptune. Santorini should be on everyone's bucket list.

We really enjoyed our hike from Fira to Oia. It took us just under 3 hours with a 5 year and a 7 year old who managed it well. The walk was beautiful and well worth doing. I would recommend taking a picnic to eat along the way if you set off late morning like we did.
