Our guide and driver Kariuki was great. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We visited lakes Baringo and Bogoria. And overnighted at lake Baringo in the most quaint, peaceful lodging resort. Everyone there was also so friendly and helpful.
Visiting Lake Bogoria with the seas of flamingos was such an epic experience that we will never forget.

- LightPacker8121971 contributionI had actually spent a month doing the most celebrated national parks in Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. But nothing compared to the gorilla trek in Uganda. I had been dreaming of this for 40 years and it surpassed my huge expectations. Nothing in my life has compared to this surreal experience. A major reason for the deep joy was our guide, David manyao. His knowledge, his constant accessibility, his warmth and desire to please, is beyond anything I've experienced. - Kuzmich L1 contributionI think I'll be different from the masses. Our trip to Kenya was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The roads were very muddy and almost impassable. The animals were scattered all over the place, making the drives to view the big 5 very long. The food at the various lodges could have been better as well. We really wanted to see leopards but we didn't.
