Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is another one of the many wineries that sit between Vevey and Luzanne . I understand that it’s a world heritage protected area.

As California wine lovers, we had to try the “only in Switzerland” wines, and picked a great spot to do it. The winery is easily reached by the local train using the free public transportation pass given by most hotels. It has a nice view of Lutry, is small and personal, and has great wines. The tasting fee of 12 CHF included 5 wines and a enough cheese, sausage and crackers that it can make a light meal. The pours were more generous than most tasting rooms, expecting you to take time to pair the wine with the different snacks. The staff was fun and very knowledgeable. We were there on a rainy day, but they have a terrace that would be great on a sunny afternoon.

Domaine Alain Chollet is a beautiful estate making craft wine with a stunning view of Lake Geneve and the French Alps. Mr. Chollet is a true craftsman when it comes to wine, from organic agriculture to vintage presses to playing saxophone for the fermenting wine, he is dedicated to creating the best wines while preserving his land.

Mr. Chollet was incredibly generous with his time, experience, and, most importantly, wine. He is incredibly friendly and welcoming- he even drove us back to Lusanne! The visit was well-worth the trip. A truly unforgettable experience.

To be honest, the Lutry menhirs are not as impressive as Stonehenge or any other stone circle in France or Great Britain. But they are interesting and a bit unexpected in this part of Europe. They were discovered by accident, when an underground garage was being constructed. They were then placed right next to it, almost in their original place. They stand in a line, not in a circle.
There is no entrance fee to the site. The menhirs can even be seen from the road passing through the small town of Lutry by the Geneva lake. Anyway, it does not take much time to walk to the stones and enjoy a close look - about seven minutes from the nearest parking. If you get lost along the winding path, the locals are very friendly and ready to help.

A great way to experience the lovely vineyards in the Lavbaux regiona of Switzerland. Informative and fun and well worth the trip. The small village of Lutry is also really lovely and certinaly a great combination to have lunch and then take the train for a little wine tasting en route. Highly recommend this activity September is a graet time to do this as it will be during their grape harvest so lots to see

My family has been out on Lake Geneva with Wakesharing and his team multiple times and it has always been a fantastic experience. The company has a beautiful fleet of boats but, more importantly, Phil and his team of boat pilots and wakeboarding teachers are as good as it gets. Highly skilled, friendly, committed and multi-lingual (fluent English, French and German). If you want a great day on the Lake Geneva with your friends, family or business team, Wakesharing is a fantastic team that will ensure your day is as good as it can be.
