Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely place
Unfortunately it was very breezy and cold but that's our fault for not dressing appropriately.
No wonder it's a hit with people.Written 1 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Sophie gave me all the advice needed, and more. She was so helpful. You are very lucky in having her as a member of your team.Written 31 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Janet RPreston, UK159 contributions9 miles from where I live & I'd never been here before. What a delight. Free parking. Options for walks include heading towards Fleetwood and Skipool. Estuary views and so much wildlife. Saw lots of wildflowers, butterflies & dragonflies. Accessible pathways.
Beware: 40p to use the toilets (can pay by card). A small outdoor cafe, with a range of beverages.Written 27 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. One thing though - the pigs in blankets at £2.50 for three is not worth it. Hardened bacon and the sausages had no flavour. Everything else was great, we were in a group of seven and everyone enjoyed their food.
Wheelchair accessible too.Written 16 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A big church, quite modern, I loved the architecture, the brickwork look superb ,very photogenic, makes for some great photographic opportunities, there's not much information about the church but I loved the look of it,its most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Rossall Road in Cleveleys.Written 28 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Although it looks old I suspect this is an Edwardian era structure, the church building looks fantastic, exquisite stone work ,an evocative tower and big arched windows, never ventured into the church but I was suitably impressed to take some photos of the church which is easy to locate along Rough Lea Road in Cleveleys ,most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area .Written 28 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Neil KLiverpool, UK825,078 contributionsWalking down Victoria Road West in Thornton Cleveleys towards The Shipwreck ( great real ale pub ) I spotted a nice little memorial to a first world war soldier.
It's a metal memorial showing a Tommy paying his respects over the grave of a fallen comrade ,its a plain black metal memorial with vivid red poppies on giving the impression of the soldier and grave in silhouette, its simple but very poignant and very eye catching, if your walking down the busy Victoria Road West in Cleveleys its most definitely well worth checking out.Written 28 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
