Amazing waterpark with lovely slides. Not too big. Not a lot of places to sit and only one restaurant so we stood in a very long q. Your VIP shacks are also stuck in a corner which don’t look comfy at all. The positive is the kids absolutely loved the slides.

The crop to cup experience was a mixed bag - but ultimately a delight. Dix, the host, is a consummate storyteller and deviates from the coffee story to tell myriad other tales: the result was a 2 and 1/2 hour 'tour'.
The walk happens around the garden - barely 50m of walking which is great news for the young, the elderly, the frail and the lazy. But those 50m show you everything: from germination to roasting and brewing and even seasoned coffee lovers will learn something new.
It's a wonderful spot to enjoy decadent cakes, enjoy bottomless coffee and test their liqueurs. The gifts shop stocks special items not found in other tourist stops on the South Coast.
Did I love the coffee? No. But it's such an individual taste and others were walking out with packets of it. Ultimately a lovely way to spend a lazy morning or afternoon and see something inland.

Great isolated beach with beautiful scenery.
No one minds if you tan or swim nude.
    Just go in a group.

The location of the resort is ideal and away from the other busy beaches. The resort is well maintained and secure.

Beautiful but you cants really swim here. Its too rocky, perfect for fishing. The sunrise looks amazing so if you into photography this is a good idea.

Having been to MacBanana a number of times and having enjoyed the pancakes and the garden like atmosphere of the eating place and the weaver birds in the trees, we decided to visit the butterfly dome. Having been to a number of butterfly farms all over the world, we were rather disappointed at the lack of variety.

    Terrible experience - avoid!

    1. Bad to no replying - several questions we asked remained unanswered, like for example regarding dietary requirements, the exact pickup time etc.
    2. One day before the 5 day hike was supposed to start, Pongo Tours sent us an email and changed the payment to cash only (credit card was agreed on since weeks ago). Also they told us that we would need to bring our own food (for 5 days!) one night before, even though we booked with food included.
Also, we were informed that there would be no transfer back to the hotel where our car was.

When we told Pongo tours that it can’t work like that, they cancelled. Probably they were overbooked or so and just wanted us to cancel.
Almost ruined our holiday due to the super short notice but we found a different hiking provider luckily and could at least do a 3 day hike.
