We decided to visit Hampi and Badami caves and had a halt at Hosepete. We had an evening to sped and the hotel staff suggested to have a quick visit to the nearby Tungabhadra dam. We hired an auto ricksha with to and fro arrangement. We were really delighted to have availed this opportunity. The gardens and the premises are well maintained. There are normal as well as musical fountains, games, food court. A mini bus tour connects from dam entrance, to garden and various places is also available but one can walk down which is more enjoyable .An evening fountain show starts at 7:20pm which is quite late.

Senses Spa is part of Hotel Malligi. The staff is professional and well-trained. Prices are not too expensive.
