Just beside the sea, on the beach this museum gives you all the valuable historic information about this lovely city. Also about the bad times they had due to sea erotions. This place takes you back in time and it is a must when you are in Aldeburgh.Written 27 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mothers/GrandmothersEssex, UK4 contributionsLovely day at Snape Maltings today, with my best friend, beautiful place & we had very bright sunny, but cold weather. Very disappointing food options, the cafe at the back overlooking the estuary, had no hot food to serve, at lunch time, just unfortunate, they had a problem with the gas,so we went to the cafe at the front, they had run out of soup had very poor choice of food at 2.30pm we tried the pub, they had stopped serving food at 2.30pm, it was busy at Snape Maltings, food could be improved, will try again in the summer, hopefully better then.Written 25 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
