Parking is in a pay and display car park (free to National Trust members) and refreshments are available from the NT Birling Gap cafe. Adjacent to the cafe is an informative Visitor Centre. Toilets are also avalaible here.Written 18 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- david w1 contributionWe had a fantastic afternoon visiting for the first time.
It’s very reasonably priced, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the whole site was very clean and well presented.
My two children (6yrs & 2yrs) loved the play equipment and we all enjoyed the train ride so much that we had to have a second ride!
There was a good choice on the lunch menu and the food was served promptly which was delicious.

We both saw some people walking along the harbour and saw some boats. My best bit of the harbour was seeing the boats.Written 22 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Shane DBrighton, UK9 contributionsI've visited the theatre twice in the past month once for Jim Davison and Nathan Carter. The venue is very beautiful inside it doesn't look much from the outside the theatre staff are brilliant very helpful and friendly most of them are volunteers. The bar prices are very fair, and they take cash and card. Most venues have now stopped taking cash I will be back for another show hereWritten 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Geoff HSissinghurst, UK12,682 contributionsOur visit was very early in the year when most of the shops, etc on the pier were closed but, as it was a sunny day, we still went for the walk. It was well worth, not only to look at the architecture of the pier itself but also for the magnificent views along the shore and back to the town. We even stopped for a while to watch some hardy fishermen (in their own reserved part) braving the cold. It was so cold that even the seagulls had not thought it worth the effort to fly away and just stood and watched as you approached. Unfortunately, but I can understand why, dogs are not allowed.Written 16 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
